Update

Saw Dr. Pugash in person. He used “two tent poles” as an analogy for the skin being lifted. He said he could do a revision, but couldn’t guarantee that he could fix this problem. I got the feeling that he didn’t know how to fix it, because he was discouraging me big time from getting a revision saying the outcome could be worse than it already is. He said I should focus on the positives and not look at the negatives of my breasts. He also said maybe the problem occurred because I wore the wrong bras. I did everything he told me to do. He just couldn’t admit that he messed up. Blamed my anatomy, saying my body was built this way.
I saw Dr. Demi, wanted a second opinion. He said my boobs were botched and I did have a uniboob. It’s a hard surgery to do and should only be done by a surgeon who has lots of revision experience.
Dr. Pugash gives women amazing looking breasts, not sure why he messed up on mine. Now I have to save up another $10 000 to get this botched boob job fixed. Ugh.
There is a surgeon in Vegas that does revision surgeries for symmastia (tenting) (uniboobs), when Covid is over I will try to see him. If anyone knows of a talented surgeon that does revisions please let me know.

Second opinion

I will be chatting with Dr. Pugash on the 31st via video conference call, so will see what he recommends. Since the 31st is so far away I saw another doctor, doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion. The other doctor told me that I have Symmastia, which is a uniboob. He said the size of the implants are not the problem, the pockets are too close together. He said of all the things that could go wrong with a BA, Symnastia is the most rare & not a lot of surgeons have experience on correcting this issue, because it’s so rare. He said he would be able to remove the implants, and stitch the skin back down using slow dissolving stitches. The doctor said it would cost $9750 to correct this. I just finished paying off this surgery, can’t afford to pay another 10 grand. :(

Praying Dr. Pugash is able to solve this issue and I don’t have to pay $10 000 AGAIN. If not I’m thinking it would be a good idea to save money and explant next summer. I read on the internet that even after revision surgery for symmastia there is a chance the skin could pop back up. Rather have my old small boobs back than deformed boobs or go broke with surgeries. Really sucks this happened to me, feeling horrible that my BA didn’t work out for me. Can’t even wear a bikini cuz the boobs look so odd. Feel like crying. :’-(

Here is the second video. It shows the lifted skin. When breasts are lifted up you can see how flawed they are. Disappointing. :(
