Once again - currently I’m a large A to a small B cup. So I do have a bit breast tissue. Still set on the 425 cc.

Went with 450cc. Haven’t looked at them yet. Will post pics in a few days. :)

Took one pain pill and antibiotics with yogurt, watermelon and a slice of toast. Also took a quarter of a gravol pill, to avoid nausea. So far I’m feeling pretty good. Wide awake, sitting in bed with an ice pack on my chest and a heating pad on my back. Gonna Netflix it now. Will post more in the next few days.

Didn’t sleep very well last night. Sleeping sitting up is hard on the back. Slept an hour then woke up, slept an hour then woke up - this was ongoing all night. Think I’m having a good recovery. Took only one painkiller yesterday when I got home after the surgery. After that just Tylenol or Advil to help elevate the soreness/stiffness. Right breast is more achy than the left. Been icing all day. Ice helps a lot. Other than that just Netflix and chill.
I read that a lot of women had trouble getting out of bed and needed assistance. I’ve been able to get in and out of bed on my own using my core and legs. Didn’t know that my core/legs were strong until after this surgery. I worked out hard in the gym strengthening my legs and core, so glad it has paid off. After my surgery the nurse told me to clasp my hands together when getting up, this way I won’t use them (hands and arms) when I get up from a sitting position. Totally works.
Still haven’t taken any pictures. Will post soon. :)

I’m on my second week! My first 4 days was the hardest getting out of bed on my own. I learned to kinda rock myself forward. Try bracing yourself with pillows to help you sleep better too (:

Can't wait to be on my second week. How is the soreness/stiffness for you during the 2nd week?

You're lucky you can get up easily out of bed! I feel like my core and legs are strong so I thought it would be easy, but for some reason it felt like my implants were exploding out of my incisions any time I got up. Also, sleeping propped up gets easier! I only just started sleeping normally on my bed again and almost preferred sleeping at an angle. Putting a fluffy pillow under your legs too really helps!

Omg I got confused and thought this was a more recent post. But you're still lucky getting out of bed is easy! Day 12, I'm still struggling. Maybe cause my bed is super soft :|

Yes, getting in and out of bed was never a problem for me. Think I got lucky. My bed isn't soft, posturepedic, so it's comfy, but more on the firmer side. I used a lot of pillows to prop me up as I slept.

Yes, I had the feeling that my implants were going to explode out of the incisions, too. When in bed, I would push up with my legs, feel the burn around the incisions for 2 seconds, then get up out of bed.
