Finally Did It!!!

8 days post op!

WORTH IT$5,247
No longer have to sleep in compression strap, it’s my choice, no thanks! Ouch! Also no longer have to wear surgical bra, but no underwire bras either, still swollen, loving results! No pain meds since night 4...still uncomfortable to sleep, I’m allowed to sleep on my side, left side still tender.

Dr Paul was wonderful, answered questions and encouraged me to ask him whatever I could think of! The results are exactly what I asked for!!! Office never called me with any pre op instructions, no information was given on post op exercises, I was called the afternoon before from surgery to tell me what time to show up and what entrance to use. As I was being questioned by pre op nurse she asked if I had showered in an antibacterial soap?? I told her no, I wasn’t informed that I was supposed to? And that I used my usual body wash.... my post op notes said to do arm exercises next day? What arm exercises?? No one told me anything about this?? I had to google and YouTube what to !!!! Not the Dr’s fault, but his front office failed me big time!!! The one time I did call to ask questions, the woman I needed to speak with voice mail picked up! I just wanted to know if there was anything else she needed to inform me of before the procedure, the following day....

3 days post op with incisions

More movement day 3, doing laundry and preparing to take the dog on a short walk through the neighborhood....slept a little better last night, hard to get comfortable laying upright on my back, can’t wait to feel normal and see them settle into place. Still very satisfied so far

Before pics

For some reason before pics didn’t upload, I’m currently three days post op, incisions are tender to the touch, and itching... put together with glue, mild bruising only at incision, better range of motion in my arms, hard to sleep, I’m a side sleeper, overall pain is tolerable
