I have a lot to say this experience has had a whole lot of ups and downs i went through a whole lotta bullsh*t to get this done and I took my mom right through it with me ... but in the end i am happy! I think for my self confidence it was worth it!
Ive been wanting boobs since I was a teenager . I was not blessed like the women in my family , as soon as I started puberty my left breast grew but my right breast never caught up and at the age of 24 I realized that they are never going to even out, it was affecting my confidence and love life so I knew it was time because it felt right. I decided to go with Saline for safety reasons I don’t have the money to get an MRI every few years nor do I have health insurance, I decided a little firmness won’t bother me. Also I’ve been seeing a lot of other women’s saline implant reviews on here and they honestly look so good!I got my BA done at Avana plastic surgery center in Miami Florida and Im not sure that I would recommend this place to anyone... I’m happy that I am 3 days post op with no complications but if I could do it all over again I’d pick somewhere else that actually cares about you as a patient. The communication from day one was the absolute worst they literally won’t let you know anything unless you call them yourself and even then they would say every time I called that my coordinator was unavailable and could barely answer my questions that I needed to know before I traveled from Texas to Miami. I was at my preop appointment for four hours just to see the surgeon for 5 min who gave the smallest information he could, I still don’t know if my implants are under the muscle or over. He never brought anything besides what ccs i should get and recommended a lift on my bigger breast but I opted out and just went with the implants which I don’t regret. My surgery was supposed to be June 1st but they called me the night before saying memorial day caused a delay on the arrival of my implants and told me I could come at 5am on June 2nd which I was fine with because it was so early I was hoping to get in first. HOWEVER, they called to confirm my surgery for 9:20 am so then i was like okay...Showed up at that time ready for surgery and didn’t end up having surgery til 5pm. That whole time they had me in this small room all by myself not letting me know anything that was going on. I hadn’t eaten or drank water since the night before plus my phone had died and my poor mom was waiting for me and couldn’t get ahold of me to know what was going on. It was not fun at all. The surgery itself went by fine and the nurses were very nice I will say. My post op appointment was more efficient but it was just with a nurse that I had never seen and my surgeon didn’t even check on me. The other doctors here seemed more caring but Dr Mameniskis just does the job then he’s checked out. I’ve been having to research most of my post op instructions as they hadn’t told me much. I came in knowing more than what they had told me just because of all the researched I’ve done..Anyways, I will post progress pics! I am liking them so far! I can’t wait til they drop n fluff and become softer!

5 days post op

These pics are from 5 days post op. I bought some cuter sports bras with thinner straps, best decision. My bruising is still bad but I have been using arnica gel on them for swelling and bruising so hopefully that helps!

Im 5’7, 173lbs
And I got 320 CCs is my larger breast and 400 in the smaller one! Im a week post op and they are looking great! My nipples are not even but I’m hoping after my smaller breast stretches some more they will become more even!
You are honestly the first person I have found that looks similar to me and I am so worried about my results, my PS has recommended 275cc and 375cc but will size up smaller implant if they look uneven at surgery.
Yes my nipples are uneven to begin with, the PS measured my smaller breast nipple is 2cm higher however I am hoping they even out somewhat with implants, as you're so soon after the surgery it probably hasn't dropped as quickly as the other side as the skin is tighter and implant larger!
Keep us posted with updates! :)
