320/400 Cc Saline Implants for Asymmetry

Hey everyone just wanted some advice, I’m exactly 5 weeks post op. I started using silicone strips around 4 weeks post op for scaring and I’m realizing as of recently some of the stitches are finally starting to disappear. I am also noticing how res they look and sometimes my bra will have a little dried discharge on it at the end of the day..no itching or any pain but I think I’m going to stop using the strips and just continue to wash with antibacterial soap and use my antibiotic ointment on them unless they get worse..did anyone else experience this type of redness around this time mark? I swear a lot at work so I’m thinking maybe all the moisture hasn’t been good..

I just realized my 5 day pictures did not upload so here they are! Still no pain ! So happy with how they are looking and happy with the size so far as well! Curious if they will get a little bigger when they fluff!

Hey guys I’m back for my 8 days post op update! Been using my arnica gel on my bruises, they are definitely looking way better! Also my skin is starting to feel tighter like it’s stretching so Ive been making sure to use my cocoa butter which definitely feels better! My post op instructions were to take my steri strips off after 7 days and to not leave on for more than 10 days so today I attempted to take them off in the shower which was so scary for me lol! I ended up leaving a small piece on my right side because it was hurting to pull off so I just cut the sides off around it so I can just wait for it to come off on it’s own. As far as my stitches go, it was weird to actually feels them poking out and there is some dried blood I tried washing off but wasn’t able to get off so I just left it alone! Still washing with my antibacterial soap and now applying neosporin to my incision area after shower.
Side note* I’ve noticed my nipples are SO much more sensitive than they were prior to surgery! It’s crazy! My nipples have been so tender to the touch the past few days!
