WORTH IT
10 months in! They are fantastic! I have settled well and am love the results! Cant wait til this summer lol I was still healing last summer and size was still changing (drop n fluff is real! )
I am in love with these tatas! Excellent cleavage and great side boob. Dr. Williams really works wonders with very lil to start with!

Just an update after settling in! Sientra 485cc moderate plus at 8 months post op.
3/29/19 was surgery.
Measurements for bras are currently 34 F.
Bra shopping has been a bit difficult but thanks to internal work I rarely wear a bra anyway because they sit so great on their own!

Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack sells that size! Even with that work going braless will have you sagging early in no time. I'm almost 29 mpo BL/BA and wear 34 H/I and rarely go braless to save my results as long as possible! We spend so much money, I just value my beautiful results that I want them to stay as perky as possible. Mine still look as great as the day I got them done bc I keep them supported. Just a thought.

I have the same size , manufacture and the same surgeon! Boobie twins lol ;) Dr Williams is so talented!! I went to 3 different consults before him & researched surgeons for months. He was by far the most skilled of them all & his work speaks for itself! I am 2 years PO & I haven't had any issues whatsoever! I feel so blessed to have found such an amazing surgeon! So pleased with my results! So happy for you!!! Happy 8 months boob-iversary!!!!!

18 weeks post OP. No issues. They are settling into place perfectly.
I found the warranty information I was given on my implants I was incorrect before on profile and brand...
They are 485cc Sientra smooth round moderate plus, placed under the muscle.
My side boob is fluffing out so beautifully and I had just figured side boob wasn't in my anatomy lol! I keep bumping them with the inside of my arms while working and would have to do a double take, this was my unicorn lol I never had side boob! Even most of my healing after surgery the sides were kinda flattened but then...poof! Or Fluff! I love them more everyday! Have patience ladies! Drop and fluff is real!

Looking great!! Yesss!! The drop and fluff is so real!! The side boob definitely takes some getting used to. Lol I love it !! It will just continue to get better.
