Starting to see the drop and fluff cleavage is getting better. Back to normal for the most part. Slept on my side some last night and it was pretty comfortable. Measuring a 34d!

Updated pics. What are your measurements? What size and type implant did you go with? Trying to get comparable body types and sizes to see what I want.

Day 4
This morning was tough but as the day went on I got better. Took ibuprofen and Tylenol once today and have been great. As long as I don’t need to stand long I’m great. Obviously they’re still very very high and square but I’ve loved trying on different shirts and seeing the before and after difference
