WORTH IT
Oh hey, I got the pictures to work! Yay! Just need to edit them to make them smaller I guess. So as you can see i have the side profile that shows the roundness on the top that i was considering an exchange for. But there is still a chance the tissue under my nipples will stretch over time, and the impland will fill out more underneath and less above.

Oh I get what your saying, did you try a breast band to help push them down in to place, might be worth a go. Other than that the perkiness and nipple colour is fab

So amazing! I have the same sort of thing with my breasts with shorter tissue underneath but honestly you look pretty darn perfect!! I am 1 month post op dr whidden right now and absolutely loving them so far. I'm very excited for them to soften up more!

Hi there, you look amazing! I have a question for you. I have about the exact same figure as you pre op. My surgery is scheduled for next month. Natrelle makes lower profile implants. Which profile did you use & did your doctor give you the options? I’m also hoping for a more natural look and wonder if the lower profile would give me that? What are your thoughts based on your implant type and experience? Thank you so much! I’m getting nervous now! My work is also very physically strenuous so tips there would be great as well!

Hey! I have High Profile implants, and to be honest it shocks everyone that I have implants because they don't look fake at all. Generally though, the higher the profile, the more 'fake' they will look. I would suggest to you moderate profile as those ones almost never fail to look natural while still giving a lot more fullness and beautiful shape. If I could chose a different size I would chose moderate, because I also am fond of a natural look. It just depends on the person though! And I was back at work 3 weeks after surgery with a very physical job, but I took it slow when I went back. Best of luck!

I'm thinking about an exchange because I have low-plus 235 for a few years and they are just toooo natural. They do not fill out my existing tissue enough. Now I'm debating between 385cc full profile (allergen) or 415cc. If I wanted to go mod, I'd probably have to only get 345cc because of the width -- so not sure that's enough to make a difference. Just a tad bit worried that the full profile is going to be too high, but perhaps that's what I need because I have a good amount of skin to fill up since I had multiple kids and the current implants aren't just full enough.

Today marks 1 year post. I tried to get some pictures up but it says they're too big, hopefully the video works anyway. Everything is good, as you can see the scars are nearly invisible now. I spoke to Dr. Whidden about the amount of volume on top vs the little amount beneath my nipples. It's due to my anatomy that they are like this, quite rounded on top(which is apparently what a lot of women are after but I guess I hoped for a more natural boob sag look) he suggested 2 things to help: wait longer and see if the implants sink down in the pocket more, or exchange implants with one's that are maybe 75cc smaller to eliminate the roundness on the top of my breasts.
I'm going to try to wait it out, I seem to like them a little more as time goes by anyway.

So that's it, I still recommend Dr. Whidden, very professional, good to talk to and he explains things well.

Nearing month 5

A quick couple of pictures as I'm nearing month 5! As you can see I gave them a little bedazzle and I just love them. The soften has not changed anymore yet and I think they still need to drop more, ugh it takes so long!! But I still am loving it. If anyone has input on how long yours finally finished settling do tell so I don't feel as bad about it please!! There is still a lot of volume on top and not too much fullness on the bottom. Maybe it's just my build and it won't change, I don't know.

What bra size did you end up coming to?! I had my BA on July 8th, same size implant. Maybe even same implant lol Natrelle Soft Touch, high profile, 385cc! I had about the same size breast as you post op, honestly maybe even smaller. So I’m just curious as to what bra size you ended up coming to
