I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I still go back and forth about whether I should have gone a Little bigger (350cc instead of 320cc), but I’m glad I didn’t go too big because I wouldn’t have felt comfortable. They are finally settled into place, feel squishy but not super jiggly, and the shape has turned out to be very natural. I wasn’t sure if I should have done the round shape at first, but now that things are settled, I’m glad I went with the anatomical shaped ones. I think they look very natural. I can wear a padded bra and get some nice cleavage, but more importantly, I can just not wear a bra and I love that I finally have curves! Bathing suit and bra and dress shopping has gotten so much more fun!

They are finally looking much more natural and feeling very squishy and soft. I love that they look natural and are proportional to the rest of my body

Incisions healing nicely
I am at 2.5 weeks and very impressed with how my scars look. Although I am still wearing tape per my PS’s instructions, I have started putting scar gel daily under the tape. I’m hoping it just keeps the scars from getting raised.
Here are some updated photo of the girls. In person I feel like they look more uniform and even than in photos. I think the lighting and shadows distorts thing a little bit, but I do feel that there is a little asymmetry going on and I’m not sure if that’s just my anatomy or the implants. Since I got the Sientra shaped implants, they don’t really drop and fluff like the round ones do, but they will continue to fill out in the lower pole over the next several months. I truly do love them so much and getting dressed in the mornings is so much more fun because clothes just fit better. I still wonder if I went a little too small though, but I wouldn’t have felt comfortable with a much larger size. Plus when I wear my lined bras, I look so much bigger!

They look great! I'm about the same size as you and planning anatomicals too. Do they feel soft? Do you have any pics of how they look now that they have settled?
thank you! I will post photo of what they look like 6 weeks out. they are much squishier now and I can push them together, but they are slightly firmer than round implants. I’m happy with the way they feel and so is my husband
