38/Mother of 2 - 5’3” 102lbs - Mini BA - UTM

I have never had anything up top whatsoever- but pretended pretty well for most of my life that I was happy without any. Honestly I was, and have always liked my small frame. I didn’t even really have a bra size, last ones I owned pre-op were 32AA (& they gapped). But after breastfeeding my 2nd child, breasts were more like deflated raisins. It rocked my confidence in a big way! I was buying tshirts in the children’s section of stores… it was pretty depressing honestly. Screw vanity sizing! Anyway - decided to look into breast augmentation after a girlfriend of mine got an AWESOME (subtle/proportioned) BA right here in our hometown, so I scheduled a consult. My goal was for anyone I met going forward to maybe question it like “….hmmm, I’m not really sure?’ - plus I knew anything big was going to make me look too heavy & silly. I trusted my surgeon & knew he’d make the right call. I’d suggested 275ccs but came to with 210 in both - & he said that any additional would’ve caused my breasts to go outwards, which was definitely not the look I was going for. I had very little breast tissue & his words to my husband were “She couldn’t have support much more.” At first, I was a little upset… I remember saying WTF was the point!!?! But that was just me being crazy on Anasthesia. I feel so confident, feminine, & sexy. I haven’t had a breakdown in front of the mirror getting ready for work one time since, and I cannot tell you how frequent those were becoming. I still struggle to find clothes that fit- but at least I’m not safety pinning things & worrying about what bra I was going to make work so I could wear my “boobs” to work that day… I mean it’s wild. I never knew something like this could do so much for me. I highly recommend Jeff Church in Wilmington, NC - if you’re in this area, no one comes close to his experience - don’t even consider anyone else.

I do not know my BWD but I am 38yo, 5’3” and 102lbs. Got Natrelle silicone implants under the muscle (moderate profile) 210ccs.
