So I’m less than two weeks away from surgery now...excited more every day aswell as still feeling some nerves. I’m happy with the sizes, currently rocking a deflated barely fill a b cup after feeding my kiddos, don’t really care on the size I end up, just want them to look natural and fuller. I may also need a nipple lift but Mr Offer won’t know til the day.
He’s been great throughout, seen him lots of times pre to double and triple check I’m happy with size, each time he reassures my choice and has given good advice. Pre op all done, buying the supplies for after now and then I’m all set

Before front and side, don’t realise how wonky your boobs are til you start this process! Hopefully the next pics I post will be post op and I can compare the two. Trying to eat really clean and stay hydrated in the build up to the op, determined for a smooth recovery. Any tips on how to help in the first few days post op would be great

Hello! I just got 365 UHP under the muscle yesterday. The day of was brutal, I tried to do too much and ended up throwing up twice. As long as pain was bearable, I tried to keep lifting my arms to keep things from stiffening up. Today was 100% better, I haven’t taken any (narcotic) pain killers since early this morning. Strictly Advil and Tylenol once and icing.

Try not to envision recovery too much because it is always different than what you are expecting. Day of surgery was kinda a blur because I slept the rest of it but the first full day after surgery was the worst, when the anesthesia really wears off and the tightness and pain really kick in. Use the pain meds, they help and eat healthy. Fruit, soup, stay hydrated and ask for help as much as possible the first 72 hours. Good luck and I'm excited for you!!

Busy getting myself sorted today. I feel excitement but also massive anxiety over the size that they will look huge!! It’s so hard to judge so fingers crossed I’ve made the right choice on the advice of my PS. I’ve been scrawling the site and others looking at before and afters, trying to get a sense but one size on one person looks totally different from another. So I’m stepping away from my phone and will see what tomorrow brings. Pics in my macom bra hopefully to post a lovely comparison in the next few days. Wish me luck!!
