2 1/2 Weeks Post Op

Apologies my updates are consistent. I’m now 2 1/2 weeks post op and loving my new breasts. They’re still pretty firm, but are starting to soften up. I’m still having muscle spasms, but nothing painful.
My incisions are looking good, but the stitches haven’t completely dissolved so I still have that awkward bunched up skin. Still slightly tender, but again, easily forgotten during my the day to day routine. However, I am ready to be able to shave the area under there that I can’t currently get to with the razor!! Lol
I ended up with 265CCs each. Final bra size is 32C. I feel this implant size was perfect for me. I don’t feel too big or stalky, with or without clothes. I’m very happy with the results.

They look like the perfect size! what profile are they and do you know what you're bwd is?

I decided on smooth, round Natrelle silicone implants. They are medium profile, sub-pectoral (under the muscle), and a transaxillary endoscopic (through the armpit). My final bra size is 32C. What is bwd?

And thank you!!

265CC in each.

Ok great thank you! Bwd is breast width diameter .. Im thinking this is what I want too but when I tried on the implants, everything under 295 seemed so small which surprised me. Did they seem small when you were trying but still be big enough once actually done? I'd rather too small than too big!

I wasn’t able to try them on. I told my doctor I didn’t want to look like a porn start or like I was short and bulky. He said not to go higher than 295 with my frame bc it would put me at risk for looking bulky/stocky. I told him to stay on the small side if he was on the fence. I do feel 295 might have been fine, but I’m VERY happy with 265 and I’m confident I don’t look stocky or like a porn star. Lol. They’re a perfect balance IMO. No one notices on a normal day, but if I want get them out a bit, a push-up bra gives them a little more “umpf” and makes them look great.

That's exactly what I'm hoping for- no one notices on a daily basis but I can use a push-up bra when I want;) my surgeon says he lets the patient choose the size and I really wish they would choose as it's giving me anxiety! I'm 5'6" 127lbs so my stats are a little different than yours.

Day 1 post op

More of the same. My swelling as increased a bit more and pain is slightly more, but I would still most accurately describe it as discomfort. Bruising is setting on on the top of one breast and down the side my right breast. Still staying regular on my meds, but able to get myself up and out of bed. My back hurts a bit today and the air bubbles have wrapped around to my back.
I got up and gave myself a shower. I had a few jolts of pain in my armpit from reaching wrong a few times, but I kept going. The incisions are bleeding a bit, but nothing that’s even getting on my clothes.
My breasts look smaller today, but I know that’s from the muscles contracting and causing distortion, which is normal. They also look like torpedos today!! Lol

Surgery Day!!!

manda_layne
Well, the day finally came! I was very nervous, but it was fairly quick and easy! From check-in to discharge was about 6 hours. Surgery took right at 2 hours, with 2 hours in recovery, and 2 hours of checkin and prep.
Pain is not what I expected. It’s more discomfort than pain. I do noticed air bubbles down the side of my breast, below the armpits. I also have them below my breasts and starting to work down my rib cage. These feel uncomfortable, but as long as I stay regular on my meds, it’s all tolerable.
I’ve been careful not to over-do it even though I feel ok, but I have been up and walking a few times and even made myself a bowl of cereal.
Swelling gradually got worse as the night went on and they are VERY hard and my skin is tight! Incisions in my armpit are still bleeding slightly. All seems normal.
Dr. Sando called me, personally at 9:30 tonight to check on me.
So far, no regrets!

You look great!!! We have the same body stats and my surgery is this Friday :D May I ask what the final CC you ended up with?
August 31, 2020
Hi! Thank you so much! Absolutely you can! I ended up with 265CCs in each. I finally measured for new bras last weekend and I’m a solid 32C.

I hope that’s helpful. Good luck with your surgery!
