Breast augmentation 375cc through the nipple with fat injection

I used to have small breasts. Breastfed for 6 months after that they became small and a bit droopy. I had my breast augmentation last week and I am very pleased so far. I had 375 cc placed through the nipple, as well as nipples had to be placed closer. I had fat injected into the breasts as well to give them a perfect shape and natural feel. The only question I have is how smaller will they be once the swelling goes away in a year. I heard a lot of people saying that they become two times smaller after the swelling goes away. Is that true? My ideal size is a full C cup. I used to be A-B cup. I posted a photo before and one week after the surgery.
