My BA is in May,24-2022 and all I can think about is getting them done. I like my breast but some days I feel they’re so ugly and pathetic. I was trying on a dress I really liked but left it by the simple fact that I feel not proportionate since my body looks wide and by boobs look so little, making me look like I’m fat when I’m really not. This makes me wonder how does my boyfriend even find me attractive. A lot of people tell me I look good and don’t need surgery, or that they prefer having small boobs, but they just simply don’t know that feeling of looking in the mirror and not feel feminine or pretty. I just want to get my surgery and hope everything goes good and get my wish of fuller looking breasts.

Breast Augmentation
I'm 20 years old, I have no kids. My height is 5'3 and I weight 135lbs. Today (Sept.13/2021) I got my first appointment for the augmentation. My surgery is going to be in 8 months (May 24, 2022). He told me that I have a tubular breast, and at first he told me one was more low than the other, but after measuring me it turnout they're the same measurement. He said that he will be performing on me the periareolar incision. The only different was that my right boob is a little bit more full. I showed him my wish pics and he said that 375cc moderate silicone would be good. But, I don't know if it will be too small or it would be good. What do y'all think?

I think you should go with the recommendation of your surgeon if you’ve researched him, trust him, and like his before/after gallery. He would have calculated your CCs using your BWD and other measurements so he’s in a much better place to guide you than us
That is very true, I just wanted to see if other females with similar breast as me has gone with same size as I'm thinking. To know what they thought about it from they're own experiences.
Do you know what your bwd is and what profile are you getting?
Hi! I do not think that they'd be too small. I got 385 CC (pretty much the same as 375) and they turned out pretty much exactly like your wish pics. I was a 32A before and now I measure as a 32D and 32DD at Victoria's Secret

Hi!! I just saw your comment on my review and I thought I would reply here :) I got the round smooth silicone implants from sientra. I had mild tuberous breasts too, and the best thing about the surgery is the shape improvement. I’m excited for you! You should ask him about going into the 400 CC’s. You lose a lot of the implant volume when you put it under the muscle, and they don’t seem near as big once they’re in. I wish I would’ve gone just a lil bigger. Good luck!
Welcome to RS! It's an exciting journey your about to partake in. Here's a bit of info I found helpful along the way. Results vary based on bwd, skin elasticity, anatomy, stats and your PS surgical abilities. 300cc can look huge on one person and small on another. I recommend trying on sizers with a tight shirt to see exactly how they will look with your frame. Most Dr. on the Q&A forum state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Let your Board Certified PS guide you as they have plenty of experience with implants. Sometimes when ladies try telling the PS what they think is best and not listening to his/her recommendations, it can end disastrous. Bring a few wish pictures to show the Dr. your end goal. Don't go by bra/cup size because all manufacturers have different sizing. Remember if going behind the muscle, you will lose about 10-15% from being compressed. The day after po, your boobs will look small from being compressed. Don't let that discourage you bc I was like what?!? But after d&f things get bigger & better!
