375cc, moderate plus, under the muscle, gummy bear implants - I am quite happy with the results

2 months post op 375 cc silicone gel gummy bear implants . They are feeling more firm. My nipples are higher now and I’m very happy with my results so far . I’m 5”9 73 kg with a narrow chest and shoulders

I’m 6 days post op now . The red bumps have nearly disappeared. I seen my surgeon yesterday and he said they are looking great . I told him that I was slightly concerned about them looking on the smallish side and he re -assured me that because they are compressed below my muscle and sitting very high and flat it gives the illusion they are a lot smaller than what they are . When they drop and fluff they will appear larger fuller more natural and there will be more breast tissue below my nipples . As you can see at the moment my nipples look quite low . But he said they are looking great and healing very well . I have been off my pain medication for 3 days now as they don’t really hurt at all . I do have a bit of pain in the centre of my chest (sternum) . I think that might be because my sternum especially is still quite swollen .

I’m off my pain meds because I am so bloated I am 5 kg heavier on the scales from the surgery and I can’t handle it so my pain isn’t too bad so I decided to stop . I have next to no bruising still quite swollen and they look very strange and high . I also think they look very small and tight . I can only assume they will appear more natural and slightly bigger when they drop and fluff . I still have small red bumps but I’m seeing my surgeon tomorrow so I will keep everyone updated
