Your results look great! I'm trying to decide between over and under the muscle. I do intense upper body workouts but doctors seem to advise unders even though the animation deformity. What made you choose overs? Are you happy with that?

I also do intense workout like. Weight lifting and I have mine done under the muscles not over the muscles. That's what my doctor suggested me to get so I just listened to him since he knows better than I do lol. I am really really happy with my results. It's not overwhelming to look. I mean it doesn't look fake at all it's perfect for my size

Hello. Yes I am on my 6 months now and I ask my husband how do they feel he said it feels normal not hard or firm lol. Mine jiggle everytime I walk lmao. I started working out when I'm only on my first month post op. It's normal if it's still firm they said it take 3-6 months or to a yr before you really get the results you wanted.

You look great. They look great. I had my surgery at the end of April...so almost 6wks out. I'm worried cuz my left breast looks like it's sitting higher. Should I be worried

No need to worry. Before surgery My left breast is lower than my right breast(deformity) I was so worried about it. But after it healed It is now on the same position. It's normal if one of the breast is still sitting higher than the other one. Trust me I was like you worried like crazy every time I look myself in the mirror a couple of weeks post op. But now 6 months later I'm a happy camper lol

My doctor said I can go back to my normal routine. Like exercising and lifting.

How are your scars? And how are you treating them? Any information would be helpful as we seem to be the same skin tone and I'm very concerned of how to take care of scars and if they will heal completely

Hello. The scars are healing pretty good. At first couple of weeks I put vitamin c oil, and now I'm putting vitamin c cream.
