My breast aug is scheduled for tomorrow, Dec 31, 2024. I’m slated to get (i) 245cc / 230cc Motiva Ergonomix Demi or (ii) 230cc / 215cc Motiva Ergonomix Demi implants.
I’m currently an A / A+ cup; my left breast is about 15cc bigger than my right. The surgeon anticipates using diff size implants as a result but final decision will be made when she is operating.
I’m looking for a natural increase so that I fill out tops and dresses more easily without padding. My goal is a full B / very small C.
A little bit nervous about the procedure and recovery — namely time off from working out. Hopefully all goes well.

Day after the procedure, you can see the results.
Implants used were Motiva Ergonomix Demi, 245cc & 215cc. Different sizes to address asymmetry. I went over muscle as opposed to under the muscle because I work out a lot and I wanted an easier, faster recovery. My goal was a full B / small C so I didn’t need to much volume, so could be accommodated above muscle.

Still very hard and dealing with a bit of swelling. Taking only extra strength Tylenol and using an ice pack on top of bra to help with swelling.
So far, happy with the results and just looking forward to them softening and dropping.

Hi! Your results look truely awesome : )
I have been thinking to use the same type of implants, but low, and I am looking for a similar size and result. I wonder if your doctor had any doubts about putting the implants above the muscle? I think I want that too, but I’m thinking I might have to little of my own tissue - was there any hesitation in your case?
Like worries for rippling or feeling/seeing the implants above edge? Thank you, and wishing you a nice recovery : )

Hi there! I had done a ton of research before I even saw the doctor and was pretty much sure I was going to go over the muscle because I work out a lot and do pole and didn’t want to touch my muscle. Dr. Wan listened and was very helpful in explaining the potential issues with over the muscle (which you’ve noted) but she was pretty confident that I’d be able to get the look I desired which was a full B / small C going OTM. I also looked at a bunch of pics from this surgeon who mainly does OTM (https://partingtonps.com/gallery-category/breast-augmentation/) as well as pics of the recent OTM augs done by Dr Anna Steve in NYC specifically with Motica Ergonomix like this (https://www.instagram.com/reel/DDYacrAR8Vb/?igshMXFkcTM0eWhuMnd5OQ). This really put my mind at ease. I was able to be back walking (7K steps) within 2 days of surgery and went back to gym (cardio and legs) within a week. I’m happy with my choice so far and will post pics on the 2 week mark on Tuesday. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks for your helpful reply. It is really impressive that you were able to workout at the gym so soon after your operation!
Besides not having to cut your muscle I kind of imagine/hope that the implants will look and behave more like a real breast if it is not stuck under your muscle, but that might be hard for you to answer since you only tried one of the alternatives and also since your surgery was so recent : )
Do you know if it was Ergonomix 2 and which firmness you used? (If Motiva ergonomix comes in different coh - I don’t know if they do)
I’m looking forward to your updates!

I feel they look and feel as natural as implants could! I really like them so far.
I used Ergonomix Demi not Ergonomix 2.
