I am feeling really optimistic and excited for how well my recovery has gone! They get softer every day and I aaaallmost have full range of motion in my arms!! Hubby has even been able to enjoy them which makes me even more happy! My incisions are super tiny and barely noticeable. I still have sharpie in the pictures because I am definitely NOT going to scrub it off down there! Probably the worst part right now is that I have been keeping my shoulders so tight almost as a defensive move that it is causing tension headaches and makes sleeping reclined less comfortable…

Feeling great!
I feel really good! Today is Friday and surgery was Tuesday so either I am on day 3 or 4? My breasts are already starting to get softer and softer each day! I have been adding arnica and bromelian to my supplements (dr okayed this) and I feel like it has helped. I only wish I would have started taking it before my surgery to prepare. Oh well. I was able to shower completely on my own as well as getting dressed completely on my own! I have been walking around my house for about 15-20 minutes 4-8 times a day and I feel like that is also helping. I am still tight and sore but so much better compared to day one. I also switched to a new bra so I can wash my one given by my surgeon. I bought it on AliExpress. I still have bruising but I bruise super easily so this is not surprising to me.

Awesome! I like that you didn't go too huge, it looks more natural on you. That's what I am aiming for! Can you please give me a little more information regarding the timing when you scheduled a consultation, in between process (if any), til surgery?
I think COVID and people getting stimulus checks extended the times for things since before the stimulus was sent out it was 4-6 week wait for consultations and then another 4-8 weeks after the consultation for surgery. After the stimulus was sent out those weeks turned into months! At least for any board certified plastic surgeon. I was put on the cancellation lists and even checked back for last minute cancellations which sped up the process for me by about 3 months

I bought a large. I actually don’t wear it anymore because it rubs on my incisions. I will probably wear it when I get back into cardio as it is a high support bra

I did it!!!
They already look so good! It is the next day and I feel awesome! I still have feeling in my nipples and most of my breast. My chest is SUPER tight and I can tell I am super swollen but definitely not pain. My body and mind feel really good. I can move my arms a bit but I cannot open anything really. One thing I am glad I did pre op was to strengthen my core. I have used my core a lot to help me up and move around. I slept in my recliner and my try the bed tonight.

that looks really good i am debating between the 270 or 295 mod plus xtra. let me know your thoughts im 115 lbs
