Great patient care! The care team made me feel less nervous about my decision and comfortable throughout the surgery. The doctor really considered my lifestyle and goals during the consultation. The nurses were amazing! It took a while to get this procedure done because of COVID but nonetheless, the office staff still ensured I completed and stayed on top of the pre-checkups I needed before the surgery. I wanted just slightly bigger boobs (B or C cup). My biggest insecurity was my underarm fat. I have been athletic since I was a kid. In 2018, when I lowered my overall body fat to 16% by lifting, cardio, and eating healthy, the underarm fat was still there and we in the fitness community know there is no such thing as spot reduction. My underarm fat was very uneven, with the left side being significantly bigger than the right. Some of it could be breast tissue. That being said, I also got underarm lipo, that's why the price is a little higher. I believe the procedure was worth it. I just want to be able to wear tank tops without feeling self-conscious.

They look fantastic!! I have a very similar build broad shoulders 36a I scheduled by ba in April and I definitely don’t want to be bigger than a C. Did you go over or under the muscle? And your post op pics how far out from surgery are they? They are perfect size!!

Hey sorry, my bad, those are my wish pics! I’ll edit my post in a bit. That’s what I would like them to look. I have surgery scheduled this Friday. I will post pics and updates. I’m nervous and excited. I will be going over the muscle. I live a very active lifestyle and my job requires me to lift over 200 lbs. To avoid any damage, my doc recommended for me to go over the muscle since I work my chest area a lot. No physical activity for 3 weeks and maybe no chest activity for 3 months…

Wow you must be so excited! I’m going over the muscle too I’m athletic and do karate so my doc recommended the same. Good luck!! Your going to look great!!

Chest is feeling tight. Pain is 3-4 (like is not really that bad). I just took my meds so that might lessen. To get up from a sitting position, I never realized how much of my upper body I used. This procedure has made me more self aware of isolating my hamstrings and Quads to do most of the work. So I’ve been relaying on my squat technique to avoid using upper body. I’m sure my squats will be on point after 3 weeks :)

Feeling drowsy and have been resting for the most part. I wish I could show you guys but I was told to leave the bandages in place. I've been taking sponge baths from the waist down and doing slight walking around the house but nothing too strenuous. I want it to heal quickly. I also got underarm lipo so that's why I have to keep the bandages in place.

Sounds like your doing good. Great to walk gets the blood flowing. Are you in any pain or tightness? Can’t wait to see them! I’m getting so excited for mine lol I have 2 more months. Thanks so much for sharing there’s not too many over the muscle that have shared their story.

It is day 3 and the pain has lessened over time. I would still rate a 3. I don't take hydrocodone often since the pain is tolerable. My doc will write me a note to stay away from physical activity for 6 weeks. I need it since I am in the military and that ACFT is a killer (upper body wise) so I know I will have to skip out in March, maybe I'll be ready for the next one. Excited for you! have you gone to your consultation? what size are you going for?

That’s great! Going over the muscle has a lot of advantages. Less pain quicker recover. 6 weeks you should be good I’m ganna do the same no karate or HIIT. I had my consult surgery is in April. I told the doc I don’t want to be bigger than a c he said probably 350cc I will see him again before surgery and go over the size. Thank you so much! I can’t wait. Keep updating your progress :)
