4 weeks post op!

Hi everyone, it’s officially 1 month since my BA surgery. I lost 6 lbs eating clean so i’m down to 126.7 lbs. One boob dropped faster than the other one but also it could be that they were uneven from the start. I always had my left one bigger than the right and I did not adjust for the size difference. It’s 345cc on both. It doesn’t bother me. I do like that they look natural and it fits my body type. I also didn’t need to get rid of some blouses or motorcycle jackets that I thought would be tight.

Day 7 Post Op

I’m happy with the size! I was worried that when reading other’s experiences that the size will go down a bit and I share my concern with the doc and he said not to worry too much, since that mostly happens in patients that go under the muscle. Not once did I ever think i’d get boob greed but thought about it lol what if I went bigger? lol. I’m glad I didn’t because then I would have to buy new motorcycle jackets and they’re not cheap.
Mine are high still but will go down eventually. I lost 3 lbs so far… i’ve eating healthy to not gain weight but i’m guessing i’m also loosing muscle too. I’m okay with this for now since my primary focus is recovery. I’m eating healthy and feeling great; plus i’m ready to lose the 15 lbs I gained during the pandemic. I know I can build up muscle quickly once I recover.

1 Week Post op

Hi guys,
so this is my results 1 week post op. The left boob looks slightly bigger than the right but that’s how it was before also. Kinda wishing I would have gone slightly bigger on the right just for symmetry but it’s definitely not a deal breaker. I love my doc and what he did for me. Most importantly, my armpit fat doesn’t stick out like it used to. One side used to be way bigger than the other (with both being unusually large). I feel confident to finally wear sleeveless blouses. I’m so happy right now :)
I am now covering them in ACE Wraps to keep the area in place. The boobs will go down more as time goes by. No harsh activities until my next follow up (3 weeks). I can finally shower but they told me to not raise my arms above my head.

Great patient care! The care team made me feel less nervous about my decision and comfortable throughout the surgery. The doctor really considered my lifestyle and goals during the consultation. The nurses were amazing! It took a while to get this procedure done because of COVID but nonetheless, the office staff still ensured I completed and stayed on top of the pre-checkups I needed before the surgery. I wanted just slightly bigger boobs (B or C cup). My biggest insecurity was my underarm fat. I have been athletic since I was a kid. In 2018, when I lowered my overall body fat to 16% by lifting, cardio, and eating healthy, the underarm fat was still there and we in the fitness community know there is no such thing as spot reduction. My underarm fat was very uneven, with the left side being significantly bigger than the right. Some of it could be breast tissue. That being said, I also got underarm lipo, that's why the price is a little higher. I believe the procedure was worth it. I just want to be able to wear tank tops without feeling self-conscious.
