Hello Everyone.
Like most I have been looking at real self daily and getting my fix :)
Was in two minds do a review and wanted t know if I was happy with them before I decided. Well had my surgery today and honestly couldn't be more happy. Everything went better than I ever imagined. I was a nervous wreck in the lead up in two minds about it all and panicking I was making a mistake. I think my problem was I wasn't truly unhappy with my boobs especially front on, but was sick of wearing padding every day and not filling all my bras and dresses. Kinda got the let's go for it attitude, but once I paid the reality set in and got never nervous and seconded guessing it all. My fears like many was o go too large, unevenness, the operation and anesthetic itself, amongst other things.
I know it's early days as it's only day one but I feel I made the right decision, as very happy with the results and excited to see how the continue. Thanks for reading my boobie friends.
My surgeon was Mrs CC Kat, she's brilliant professional and comes highly recommended.

Hi Katie
My surgery is booked to December and I'm freaking out. I'm currently a 34b, I have a good amount of Brest tissue and my surgeon recommended over the muscle as well but I'm freaking out cause 98% of surgeons say that is an old technic and dual plane placement is safer and overall better.
I doing some research to see if it's better to ask for a dual plane while there is still time.

I know what you mean, I think over the muscle is more common in the uk and Europe. I have a few friends with BAs and most have theirs over the muscle. I didn't know much about either way until I had my initial consultation, but I ended up having two consultations with two top uk surgeons and both recommended overs for me (and both recommended round and similar cc size) I looked into all the benefits of both and decided was happy to go with over. So once the initial pain relief wore off I did feel some twinges and pulling sensations but nothing too bad, been taking my cocodimals, and trying to slowly reduce dosage. Just been taking it easy last two days, drinking lots of fresh juices and trying to stay elevated. Also drinking a natural laxotea and using arnica tablets.

Swelling is going down and gap is closing up. Very happy with the size at this stage and the incisions are very discreet

I’m getting mine done on December 7th.
I love your review cause I have some of the same concerns regarding breastfeeding that’s why I choose food incision too.
