My 1 yr birthday for my boobs was yesterday, May 1. Best decision ever!!!! I posted a review before his w full pics of my breasts but forgot to include the incisions so that’s what this is. My incisions healed so well and very quickly! I advise if you want to tan cover the incisions w bandaids. My surgeon told me this and I’m so grateful!!! Tanning will darken your unisons permanently.. as I now know from gallbladder removal. I tanned after and my little incisions darkened and are permanent. Oh well. But these are almost invisible!!!! So yay!
Couldn’t be more grateful for finding the PS j did! He was fantastic, excellent incisions and was completely honest and realistic w expectations in every area, recovery, size choices and options, healing, lifting etc. highly recommend Dr Gonce in OKC!

May 1st was my 1 yr anniversary of having my boobies done!!!! They feel like a natural part of my body. They are soft and bouncy... perky.. and add so much to my figure. I’m a small person and didn’t have enough meat on my body or tissue to go any larger than this. Well.. I could’ve give a smidge bigger but I trusted the judgement of my Dr and I LOVE my results. They are a tiny bit fuller/bigger than my breasts were pre baby. But I feel like I just got bad the best of what I’d lost from breast feeding and losing that weight so fast. It caused some definite sagging that happened all of a sudden. Like the life was suddenly lost from my girls lol.
I loved my Dr and his staff. My now fiancé LOVES my breasts... he did before and thought this was unnecessary. Now he says he’s glad I did it too. I’m like “see?!” Haha.
I feel more confident in a bathing suit. And just feel more womanly. I’ve been fairly skinny almost of my life and work my ass off in the gym to have a nice butt and ANY muscle tone at all bc my build is just long and lean. So I am so happy to have some nice full breasts that enhance my over all shape. No regrets only 100 million percent happy I did this!
I eased my way into lifting weights again as my Dr suggested. I waited he full 6 months. I still do NOT do any chest exercises bc I really don’t care ab that. I will say doing any upper body does engage your chest in an indirect way so that’s good enough for me and also made me take it real slow to get back to it. I was very muscular before surgery.. still am but had gotten down to 9percent body fat. I am actually happy to have put on and kept on 9-10 lbs since surgery. It makes me feel softer and more feminine in general. And my man likes the extra “meat”. Anyways.... thats it really. 1 yr later I am still in love w my breasts and so so happy I did this!!!! They have only gotten more natural looking and I feel like fit my frame perfectly.

I am just sharing this little update to say that the longer I have my implants the more natural they look, feel and the more I feel like they’ve been here and part of my body forever!
I absolutely have no regrets.
Well, I was in a car accident 2 months out, regrettably.... the girls are ok though. Thank goodness! Going in for MRI to make sure but I feel like they’re fine. I’m back to do my amost everything.... still being a good girl and waiting to do upper body at the gym and waiting for yoga too due to the weight bearing on my and that engages my chest. I am not taking any risks!!!! Especially after the wreck. Any ways. That’s all!
