Pain is minimal only at night day time I cam run around all day. Still wearing the band and can lift hands above my hair. Certain spots feel soft and still
numb. The main pain comes from the cut and wearing the band.

PO Day 1
Its been 24 hours now and Im feeling a lot better now. My movements are better, still a little stiff but Im mobile. So happy with my results especially my nipples. Had inverted nipples all my life and now they are not. With the sports bra on they look huge without it I kinda wish I went with 500CC. But Im extremely happy with them either way.
