Update. Feeling good. Just sore. Breasts are still
Slowly lowering. Have to keep up my massage as much a possible. Didn’t realize I had to continue to take my anti inflammatory meds. I’m on day 3 with those, I feel fine. I take it after dinner and go to sleep.

Feeling so much better!!!!! I’m completely off all meds! Breasts are a little sore, but underarms where the incisions are very sensitive, which is to be expected.
Left breast has dropped much more than the right. PS told me to massage right more than the left so t drops some more. Going back to him in a week so he can see the progress.
My cleavage isn’t as close together as I was hoping, possibly due to size. Once they drop and soften, will cleavage become closer too? Has this happened to anyone? Or am I stuck with the wide cleavage, unless with a bra? :/ Something I’ll ask PS but wanted to know your experience as well.
Still sleeping on my back, but flatter than before. Doesn’t feel too heavy on my chest when I lay flat.
Things I’m looking forward to: sleeping on my side and belly and working out again. I am itching to start moving again but am a scaredy cat and am afraid I’ll mess something up. Going to Florida in 5 weeks and I need to lose the after surgery bloat and start to feel good again.

I think your new size looks amazing! I’m wondering if you remember your bwd size? I’m 5’7” and 128 lbs. I am currently a 32aa! My bwd is 11. I have been twice to my pa to discuss size! It’s either 270 or 300. He said my max is 300cc. Ideal’s website says 250-275 for a c cup if you start at a 32a. I am so torn. I don’t want to be too big, just have a little more than what I had before nursing! I really like the size you chose but need to know your bwd to know if it would look similar on me.
I am going to start my journey on here soon! My surgery is scheduled for March 29!
Yes I am 11 on left and 10.8 on the right I believe. My max was 300 because I asked to go as natural and proportionate as I can. I got the 275 and filled to 300.

what does the incision site look like on your arm pits? I'm half asian and sometimes scars on my body either get discoloured and raised or they are flat and white and I'm curious how yours turned out

It has been 5 days since I had my BA with ideal implants. I just woke up and I am feeling better than I did yesterday. I wake up with what I think I’ve been reading as “morning boob”, although sometimes it happens throughout the day, perhaps when I am straining or yelling at my kids, my muscle contracts haha.

Ideal Implants 300cc (structured saline)
Nipple reduction
I have been doing the scooping massage since the 2nd day PO. I am going to see doc tomorrow to get my stitches removed from the nipple reduction. Nausea has subsided yesterday. I think I got a little too excited that I was feeling so good and did too much (only one 10 min nap, did stuff around the house, supermarket, store to find my son a suit for a wedding this weekend ) and it hit me. I got very light headed and very dizzy, got back in the car and closed my eyes for the ride home. Not sure what happened but it did not feel good. I ate quite a bit and drank a lot of water throughout the day. Did not take any medicine until before bed- just 2 Tylenol. I will ask the doctor about it tomorrow.
I am finally starting to like what I see in the mirror (after my emotional roller coaster). I can’t pass the mirror without checking them out. I really can’t believe how good they look for not even being a week old. Dr.Rapaport really did an amazing job and I’m so happy I ended up going under the arm pit. No scars on my new girls, just clean fresh round boobs.
