So far so good! I still have stitches/glue in tact, numbness in my lower breasts, tissue STARTING to soften, still taking Tylenol before and after sleeping, and have already dropped a lot in my opinion.

Breast Augmentation: 350cc under muscle high profile silicone implants
Hi there! I am one day post op from my 350cc silicone under muscle high profile implants from Dr. Casey Anderson at North Texas Plastic Surgery. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience so far.
For background, I am 24 years old, 5'8", 135 pounds, starting at a 34A cup. I have been this cup size since I was 14 years old. I was looking for a proportionate look to compliment my pear shaped body. I hold my weight in my hips and booty, and have always had a very flat chest as you can see in the side view before photos.
I am very much a perfectionist and have severe anxiety, so I was very excited, but crazy anxious over my procedure from picking out my size, to surgery itself, to "am I going to love or hate how the outcome is since I can't magically get a perfect image of what they will look like". Dr. Anderson's team was fantastic. A special shout-out to his assistance Kathleen who really helped me feel confident in my size decision and answering all my questions honestly.
I also loved they use Crisalix a 3D simulation where they can give you a decent idea what your chest will look like with different sized implants. It isn't perfect obviously but it did help me get over my fear of the # of cc's. I also highly suggest coming in with pictures of women around your size/body frame with the ideal size you are going for. Everyone is so different, but your surgeon will be able to tell you around the CC's you would need to fulfill your "wish". For example I went it wanting 250cc, and after showing my wish Dr. Anderson suggested 400cc. After looking at my images for a month, I came back in for my pre-op and decided 300-350 was the max I would feel 100% going with. And 350 was the final choice and I'm SO happy I didn't go smaller or larger. SO TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR!! I would have been unhappy with 250 which was my original choice.
As for day of surgery... the staff was INCREDIBLE. Special shout out to nurse Nancy and and my anesthesiologist Aaron for keeping my anxiety low (well as low as possible during this) and explaining everything to me. I have a huge fear of IV's and have an anxiety attack and/or pass out nearly every time. Kathleen, Dr. Anderson's assistant let the staff know ahead of time and they were able to put me under anesthesia prior to the IV so I had no recollection of it. I also had a special note on my door stating "high anxiety - no IV prior to walking into surgery). I did walk into the surgery room and be conscious as they hooked me up to EKGs, leg compressors, etc but that was not nerve wracking for me personally. I worked in an ER prior so hospitals aren't scary for me. Next thing I knew I was I've anesthesia and after 4-5 deep breaths I was calm and asleep! I woke up in the recovery room with a precious nurse (sorry I forget her name I was still coming out of anesthesia) but I complained of nausea and dehydration and she fixed me up and I was fine 5 min later. The whole process from arrival, to check in, meds, procedure, and recovery time took only 3.5 hours.
Again the "after" photos are 12 hours post op, but I think they looked better than I was expecting! I will make sure to update once a month to see the final results.
So bottom line, I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and his staff and I am beyond excited to see the final results. Thank you for giving me the confidence I've lacked since I was a little girl!
