350cc, 32A to start - barely dropping at week 6

I’m approaching week 6 post ba and generally feeling good. More womanly and curvy and all that. I'm trying to stay positive and optimistic, but I’m concerned that my implants might not be dropping as they should. They don't seem to have moved down much at all since my surgery. I realize that my nipples pre-op were quite low on my chest (before photo), so I understand if they stay somewhat low, but I am hoping that they at least face fully forward at some point. Is this likely to happen?
How things feel: Both breasts have softened and expanded but the inside feels very firm, sometimes numb, during massage. I started wearing a bra band at appropriately wk 5 after underarm pain finally subsided on the left side (left side has had more pain, implant not dropped as much as right). I still experience tightness when spreading my arms wide or above my head. I can also generally feel how high my implants are sitting. But things are coming along.
I'm kinda concerned that my ps didn’t create enough of a pocket for the implants to drop into. He won’t seem to take concerns seriously until a full year has passed.
