As most of us know, Dr. Pugash is really sought after so I knew it was best to contact his office ASAP.
Initially I emailed Dr. Pugash's office in April 2019 and got a prompt reply from Simone(she is the sweetest). At the time they were booking consultations for February 2020. I didn't want to book at the time but had a question about nursing and just wanted general information on BA. In case any other nursing moms are wondering, you have to stop nursing for at least 6 months before your consultation. So I called in early August 2019 and was able to book a consultation for April 29th 2020.
After reading reviews, there was also a wait to book surgery if you wait until after your consultation. As I didn't want to wait and even though I didn't have my consultation yet, I already knew I wanted Dr. Pugash to be my surgeon. So I emailed Simone a few days later and was able to secure an operation date for May 14th 2020. As long as you pay a 25% ($2500) deposit, you can also book your operation date.
Due to covid, we had to reschedule. I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Pugash on May 12th. I just had to take photos a few days prior to create a 3D image and that was we worked with. Dr. Pugash was very informative and a pleasure to speak with.
Simone called me on June 9th to book the pre-op appt for June 24th and surgery for July 16th. Unfortunately, I started to feel ill so I had to reschedule, surgery is now booked for July 23rd and the pre-op will be confirmed later.
Just wanted to start my review early to provide dates and timelines to help any future ladies who wanted to book with Dr. Pugash :)
Pictures coming soon!

How do you weigh 80 lbs @ 35yrs old ?!?

Lol!! I've struggled with weight gain my whole life. I actually was always stuck at 75 lbs since high school, it's just in my genes though, my dad is also tiny. Had 2 babies and still struggle with weight gain :(

Pre-Opt Done!
Today was my pre-opt and it was so great to finally meet everyone. I honestly wish I could just give Simone a hug! Meredith was also very kind and it was a pleasure speaking with Dr. Pugash!
We did measurements and tried on sizers. In the end we decided with 300cc. I like the fact that Dr. Pugash asks you to try on sizers without telling you how many ccs they were. That way your decision is solely based on how it looks. I liked how 275cc looked but knew I would lose a bit of cc under the muscle so decided with 300cc. The 350cc doesn't look too big in the photo but it was quite big in person and heavy lol. Definitely too big for my frame haha. I believe my bwd is 11cm.
Dr. Pugash also advised my band should only be a 26.. I've been wearing 32 all my life. My right boob is slightly smaller than my left but it also sits higher than my left. We decided to keep the ccs the same because putting a bigger implant will make it sit even higher.
I'm actually only 4'9", not 4'11" and because I'm also only 80 lbs, the anesthesiologist may request I do a consultation. Which is another fee, I'm not sure how much it'll cost. But will keep you guys posted :) Hopefully they won't request one but it's also not a bad thing that they need to ensure I'm in good health to be able to go ahead with surgery.
Here some photos with the sizers :) Sorry my posture changed in every photo, should've tried to hold the same pose. But hopefully it helps a little bit! Haven't had the chance to take before photos yet. Will do that soon!

Before Photo
Wore the same bra I did during sizing for reference. Also included a photo of the scar gel, moisturizer, and surgical bra just cause the packaging is so pretty and the fact that it's included with our surgery :)
