WORTH IT$8,100
I'm now completely comfortable in my new breasts. The cords are long gone. I'm in no pain at this point. They feel soft now to the touch (still a fraction harder than I thought they'd be though, maybe over time that will change). The breasts look great.]. I love that I can put on a loose sweatshirt still and I don't look overly sexual. In fact, you can barely tell I have breasts. Yet, when I want to be sexy I can now fill things out! I got sized at an actual bra fitters. They sized me at 32DDD. Their bras were in the price range of $85+ so I fit in 34DD and those are easier to find so I just buy that size. I'm very happy!

Five weeks PO visit
Today I had my five week post op visit. I've been instructed to wear the band for another two more weeks as much as I can tolerate (ugh!!). My breasts have both dropped but the skin at the bottom pole still needs to stretch more so the implant can fill it out. I was informed this is kind of towards the end of the bands usefulness and if I don't do it now then it'll be too late to try that later. I was told I can try massage as well if I wanted. The right breast still is looking a little flat. Most likely because of working out my chest muscles prior to my breast augmentation. The cords in my arms are getting better everyday. I have most movement with little pain and the cords themselves are much smaller and not as hard anymore. I've been given the green light to start working my abs. The couple times I tried it seemed like I could feel my chest muscles engaging when I was trying scissor kicks or sit ups so I immediately stopped. I was told I should be fine to start them regularly even if they do work the chest a little bit. I was told I should try to hold off on running for a couple more weeks to be safe.

A little over four weeks PO now
I had a check up nine days ago. I was told I need to go back in the band for another two weeks to help them drop. Specifically, my right breast. It looks like my left has dropped and fluffed. I just wish my right would do the same! I have to wear the band day and night and only to take it off to shower. The band is hurting a lot but I'm sticking to it. It only comes off for showering and to occasionally try on a new shirt or piece of clothing I bought. The Mondor's cords under my arms are slowly getting better. I've been using heat, massage and around the clock NSAIDS on them. They're still there and still painful but I'm regaining movement and they're not as hard anymore. I'm told just time will make them go away. I included some pictures of my breasts, the Mondor's cords and my breasts in lingerie (OMG!!).
