2 months PO. Enjoying summer! :)
WORTH IT$5,200
I'm feeling 100 % these days. I can finally be more active and pick up my 2 year old boy. Sleeping is so much better now too.. The girls have dropped nicely and now that I can compare my first post op pics to now, I can definitely see where they have fluffed too. They're beginning to feel so much more natural and I'm so happy about that. I'm still wearing shorts bras. If I'm not mistaken my nurse said to wait until 3 months to wear under wire bras. I can't wait to see how that'll look when I can add some cleavage to them lol.. I finally got a new bathing suit that fit perfectly! Overall I'm enjoying the new me and couldn't be any happier I did this. I tried to post a pic of my incisions but it wouldn't take. Also don't mind the under arm hair. I wax and they're growing back again haha. Until next time...

1 month PO... I love my girls!!
Since my last update, I've continued to heal well with no complications. I'm loving the way they are looking now that they aren't as high anymore. The only thing that still bothers me is the sensitivity in my nipples. It's still so tender but I know that part takes more time to go away. Otherwise I'm feeling good and I'm loving the way I look in shirts and tank tops. I still have to buy bras and a bathing suit but now I'm ready so I'll be shopping very soon yay :) I've started massaging a few days ago and I can already feel the difference in them getting softer. Overall I'm just so content and happy I did this!

They look so good! I’m a momma of 3 and finally booked a consultation in August! I have been wanting to get this done since after my second! I was a nice B cup before having my kiddos but after nursing all 3 for over a year each, they have disappeared! I’m a little smaller than your before. It’s a struggle to find bras that fit even in the a cup! I only wear sports bras and struggling so bad with my insecurities with my chest! My husband gave me the go ahead and so now I finally took the first step!
What is your cup size? I’m thinking around your size is what I’m wanting. I don’t want to go crazy big. I want something natural looking as well. Can you tell me more about the process and recovery? How you decided this is what was right for you?

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out :) You're not alone.. I've always struggled with insecurities with my breast too, even before breast feeding my babies. Surgery always scared me so I always tried to convince myself to accept them but after nursing, confidence just became harder to have. So fast fwd to now, I cannot be any happier I did this. I stressed to my surgeon too that I want a natural look and not too big. Right away he decided in a moderate profile, 310cc silicone implant under the muscle. I have anxiety issues so the month before surgery I was a nervous wreck about it but then the day of, I was shockingly calm. Surgery literally felt like a blink of an eye. Recovery wasn't too bad, the first week was the most challenging but I do have a good team at home that helped me. It's mainly soreness and nipple sensitivity to the touch from the nerves healing. The only thing I deal with now that the soreness has subsided is the nipple sensitivity. But overall I love how they look and I know when it's time to hit the beach or pool, I'm not going to have the uncomfortable feeling anymore. Good luck with everything, there's nothing to be nervous about. & How exciting that you're doing this for yourself! :)
Thank you for replying back!! Did the recovery feel like your boobs were engorged? Lol I’m so anxious for my consultation!
How did your family react? Were they on board? I’m scared I’ll get comments after. I get comments now about my small boobs so I feel I can’t win sometimes. My husband tells me to stop worrying what everyone thinks. Just hard when I have to see our family all the time! So I worry with that!

Hey! They did not feel engorged but they did feel pretty tight and then the soreness of the nipples at first can be a little uncomfortable. But as the days go by little by little it just gets better. I know how you feel about family making comments etc. They were on board and no one talked me out of it or anything but I do have some critics in my family too.. Look at it this way.., you're going to be feeling so good just with how they will look in clothes alone that it may help you totally not care what anyone has to say or think. They should be happy for you if this is a step you took to make you feel better. And if your husband is happy then anyone else's comments / thoughts really doesn't matter. ;)
Hey! You’re so right! I need to get in that mindset!! I go august 4th so I have continued to research and look at pictures and read stories!
How did you choose what was best for you? Meaning like under the muscle or over and which type of implant. Right now I’m leaning to under the muscle and silicone. Of course I know the dr will suggest his best opinion! We are such an active family and very outdoorsy so I really hope she takes that in consideration!!

Thanks for sharing! Can I please ask if you have found with your breasts dropping and fluffing out more, have your nipples gone back to be more in the middle and higher again? I know that many start off looking low, just wondering how long it takes for them to go back to middle etc?? Xx
Hey there! Yes they are dropping and getting softer. I don't see much fluff yet but maybe in a couple of weeks I will, I'll post an update on that part. Otherwise my nipples are pretty centered now. They were a little low in the beginning but not too much. I did a moderate profile so maybe that's why? Lol.. I started massaging about a week ago and ever since then I have noticed a significant change on how they look and feel already. :)
Thank you :) did you go under the muscle? I just got mine done 4days ago and I’m still getting these major cramps on the one side up the top. Hurts soooo much. Do have strong pain relief but I run out tomorrow so hopefully can get more
Sorry for the late reply! & I'm sorry you're feeling like that. I did go under the muscle. The first week for me was the hardest, I was very sore and my nipples were extremely sensitive to the touch. But after the first week it's almost like everyday you just feel more and more relief by the day. And my right side was always a little bit more sore than my left.
I hope you're feeling better!!
Thanks for replying! When you say moderate profile is that low? What actual implants did you get? 310 cc Motiva? Demi or mini? :) xxx
Mine were the allergan silicone implant. Moderate is in the center.. not high or low profile. I have a pretty short torso so I'm glad we went with that lol..

PO day 11...& Happy!!
Since my last post everything remains good. The soreness is still there but it slowly goes down by the day. I was expecting recovery to be a little bit longer since I did go under the muscle but I feel in the next week or two the soreness will be to the very minimum. I wear my compression bra every day of course, but last night I went out to dinner for the first time since surgery and wore a sports bra just for those few hours and it looked so good. I haven’t bought any bras yet because I do want to wait till they drop and fluff so I’m patiently waiting for that part, even though I’m so eager to get there. Sleeping is still a challenge but I know that will get better too. My last postop appointment they changed the dressings and I was able to see my incisions for the first time, it was not bad at all, I was expecting worse. My next appointment is in about two weeks and that’s when they’re going to show me how to massage them, I can’t wait.
I still can’t believe I went through this experience but I honestly cannot be any more excited to get through this healing process so I can start buying cute things to wear for the summer! :)

You look so confident and happy!!
Thank you!! :) I just can't wait for them to drop and fluff. I'm still hiding these girls lol
They look great so far! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much!
If you don't mind me asking, whats your height and weight? Im supposed to be getting surgery by Dr, A sad, at the Bass in center. I might, switch to this doctor. Did uou have to give blood and get an ekg and cardiologist and PCP clearance?
Ha Dr, Azad dumb phone ha Bassin Center too ha
Lol no worries! I currently weigh 135 and I'm 5' 3.. The only thing I had to do after my pre-op appointment and before surgery was 1 order of blood work and take out my prescriptions for post-op. Azad and kinal are a little bit different on how they do that part. My blood work had included everything including the covid testing. They did take about 7 tubes of blood but it's fast and not bad at all lol. My sister went with Azad and her covid test was separate from her blood work. They're both great doctors do so you're going to be in great hands whoever you choose. Good luck with everything! This is such an exciting things to do :)
