WORTH IT$7,500
So here I am. I’ve spent 2 years on Real Self researching and contemplating and I’ve finally made the leap. I’m 34 years old and a mom of 2 boys age 7 and 4. I breastfed both for a year. I’m very petite and always have been but a couple years ago I had some health issues (cancer, SIBO, food allergies) and lost a ton of weight - down to 90 lbs YIKES! But I’ve spent the last year and a half focusing on my health. Gained 15 lbs and became a Pilates Instructor. I’m strong and healthy yet I still have my sad sacks of skin for boobs! So I’ve decided I want to go forward and get a little plumping. Seriously want the “did she or didn’t she?” look. As natural and proportionate as possible. I am also going to have a pre-hernia in my belly repaired where i has previous abdominal surgeries for my ovarian cancer. It’s like a Diastasis recti but between my external oblique and rectus abdominus. I went to 3 consultations but have decided on the one that has done BAs for 4 of my friends and comes highly regarded. He will also be able to coordinate my surgery with my general surgeon to do the work at the same time. Yeah for only going under and recovering once!!
I’m super nervous. I never ever take pain medication or antibiotics because of all the digestive issues I’ve had and have! I started going to a naturopath and have maintained my gut balance with all natural herbs and supplements. I think I’m more afraid of throwing my gut off again with the GA and antibiotics because of all the hell I went through from that before. It’s hard to find information on ways to natural support our system before and after surgery. If anyone has advice I’d sure appreciate it!

Looking forward to seeing your results and hearing how your recovery goes. I am also a Pilates instructor and have my BA surgery booked in for May. Also want the “did she/didn’t she look”. I’m caught between 250cc and 275cc round, and my surgeon reccomended over muscle given the nature of my job! Please keep updating would love to hear more

Interesting that your dr recommend above muscle but i guess that kind of makes sense. All the consults I went to and the dr I’m going with recommenced under muscle. So yeah it will be interesting to see how re results differ or are similar! For me I’m terrified 275 will be too big even though I know it’s like a tsp so really won’t make a huge difference.

I’m looking for something as natural as possible. 200-250cc moderate profile is kind of my guess based off of my consultations. But my dr doesn’t like to go by CCs or bra size. He likes to see pictures of what I think is perfect or too big/wrong shape. He’ll do a saline filler While I’m under to find the right size that matches the pictures and vision we’ve agreed upon and then he has an inventory of different size silicon implants in the OR to match the size he decides on. This is a little nerve racking but also a little liberating because I’m not tied to one size and have a better chance of getting the natural look I want.

The reason I have empty sacks of skin for boobs - Breastfeeding!

When I was pregnant With my first I ballooned up to a DD and then when my milk came in I was an E!!! And I am a very petite human so this was massive. With my second I was a DD while nursing but gained less weight in that pregnancy overall because of my food allergies. Either way the expanding and then sucking the life out of them for 2 years - yer for each did it’s damage. I remember saying inward going to keep these pictures to show my surgeon what I wanted one day. I can’t even imagine have breast implants this large. I’d look like Dolly Parton.
