Day of Surgery

Had my surgery today. Feeling slightly nauseous and struggling to breathe due to the pressure and pain of the implant. So far apart from discomfort everything has become a little more manageable due to pain relief medication. I have been advised to wear band on top of my macom post op bra which was provided by my surgeon. Has it been placed too high? I had to put it back on myself when i was home as it fell off. I am booked in for a pre op appointment in exactly a weeks time to have my dressings removed so will keep you posted/updated.

Second Consultation

So following advice from people on here and taking into account my own research i’m going for my second consultation tomorrow to make sure I am 100% sure with the implant choice before my surgery in feb. I have decided i want to stick with the moderate plus projection but I think i want to go for a round shape instead of a teardrop! Going to finalise the cc tomorrow and update! I have added a picture of my desired look (this is my surgeon)

330cc Moderate Plus Teardrop Implants Under the Muscle, 20 Years Old

I am currently a small 32B and looking to achieve a very natural yet full breast look. I do believe that I prefer the teardrop shape, however I am going to consult with my surgeon as I am slightly worried that I will not have enough fullness/cleavage at the top of my breast with this shape as naturally I don’t have much tissue. I am also slightly concerned as naturally I have a gap in my breasts and I want to minimise this as much as I can, which I didn’t stress enough to my surgeon. I have heard that going under the muscle doesn’t determine how large the gap is, and with the teardrop shape being slightly thinner i’m worried this may make the gap appear larger. I am wanting to achieve around a D cup. I have my surgery booked for just over 2 months time and I am wondering whether the 330cc would be large enough - we originally went for 295cc but increased the size slightly, I am just hoping that the 330cc would look nice and proportionate on my body, as even though I am wanting a natural result, I also want added fullness! I made the mistake of also not showing my surgeon any wish pics, which in hindsight I wish i had! Overall, I am wanting my boobs to look as big but as natural as possible, not ‘stuck on’ and in proportion with my body. I decided to go for the moderate implants as I am not looking for as much projection. Let me know what you think, I am going to be documenting my journey. If anyone has any advice for me or any questions at all prior to surgery let me know please. Would you recommend based on my pics a teardrop or round implant? Thanks everyone :) xx
