Hello ladies!! Ive wanted to have BA since I was just a teenager. So this journey is well over due!
My surgery was done by Dr Pramit Malhotra at the Henry Ford Allgiance Health Surgery Center located in Jackson MI.
I had to be there at 9a with surgery at 10a. So far the process has been pretty amazing! I have some pain but mainly feeling sore and tired. Havent taken off the wrap yet to get an up close look. But I have peeked a little and so far Im happy.
Dr Malhota and his office staff are the sweetest people! From the 1st consult they made me feel incredibly comfortable! Answered any and all of my questions. The staff at the surgery center were amazing as well! I have a sensitive stomach and kept getting sick after the surgery. The nurses who took care of me were so damn nice. They did any and everything to help me relax.
Now time to nap

I am 1 full day post-op and feel pretty good. I mainly feel tired, sore and full. Lol. Ive been taking 1 pain pill about every 5hrs to make sure the little bit of pain doesnt get worse.
I was able to shower today and change into a diff sports bra. This one is only lined but comfortable.
I have only ate a little bit all day and just trying to rest!
Ive included a few before and 1-day post op pics

Congratulations! I think you chose a nice sized implant for your physique! Can't wait to see your gradual healing process as your breasts begin to drop and fluff. Feel free to join the February 2017 breast augmentation surgery forum to see how others like yourself are recovering. Try to eat a little more for healing power! ;)

Today is day 6 post op! Crazy that tomorrow…
Today is day 6 post op! Crazy that tomorrow will be 1wk already! The last few days have been ups n downs. Yesterday I had to remove the steri strips from the incisions. They came off pretty easy in the bath. The incisions are def a tender area. Weird is that my Dr put the incisions more in the outside of the breast instead of directly under. Not sure why that was and will be one of my questions at my 1st post op appt on Friday.
I had gained a few extra pounds over the last 3wks. Well due to that my Dr had to lipo out some of the fat on the right breast to be able to get in the implant to fit in correctly. A little shocking to hear since Ive never even heard of that before. Another thing we will be talking about on Friday. Im affraid that needing to have the lipo will effect the outcome of the right breast compared to the left. The right has already droppes so much compared to the left. Idk..maybe it has to do with the fact that I am right arm dominant and the muscle is getting exercised more than the left. Lots of questions for Friday. Def takes getting used to having big boobs. Besides the fact they are still sore but bigger in general.
Going shopping later to buy some new sports bras. Need a few options that are more comfortable than the few Ive got so far.
Sleeping has become the hardest challenge. Having to sleep propped up is def not my fav way to sleep! It is nap time at my house right now and I am going to try and nap as well!
