32F, 2 Kids, 3 Yrs Breastfeeding - Wrecked Breasts Before

I wanted a breast augmentation for as long as I can remember. The first consultation I had was when I was 20, and found out I was pregnant right after. Motherhood took the reigns. At 32, I finally felt ready.I went through a few consultations, but after meeting with Dr. Mehta at Synergy Plastic Surgery, I knew he was the right doctor for me. He was incredibly helpful, laid back, and honest in how my results will look. I don't have perfect breasts, and with implants, they will still be my breasts but bigger. I have a bit of asymmetry (who doesn't), faded stretch marks, thin tissue, and limp nipples. Dr. Mehta was so kind to me. He listened to all my worries and concerns and made me feel so comfortable in moving forward with the size I did.We ending up deciding on 415cc, under the muscle, and inframammary crease incision. Surgery was a breeze. I reported to the surgery center at 6 am. Everyone was so friendly. I was dressed in a gown, hat, mask, and socks. Dr. Mehta came in and drew his marking across my chest. Shortly after I was wheeled in and out like a light. I woke up shortly before 9 am, and home by 10 am. Dr. Mehta spoke to me after surgery, and also went out and spoke to my husband who was waiting for me. He also checked in with me that night. What a caring doctor!I saw Dr. Mehta again today, one-day post-op and he removed my tape and dressings and put me in a bra. I got to look at them and, and oh my goodness, I was blown away. They are better looking than I could have ever imagined. I will post an update as soon as I have more mobility and can get a good picture of my after.

I'm now 8 days post-op and thrilled, to say the least! The recovery has been fairly easy. I see results every day. I had my one-week post-op appointment yesterday and was given the go-ahead to start massage. I am fully off pain meds, even Tylenol, but still keeping up my supplements including Arnica tabs. I did have bruising in between my breasts, but as you can see, it faded fairly quickly.

I continue to be so impressed and am so happy I did this for myself!
