Starting to settle more and feeling much softer! Still very pleased. Right is sitting just slightly lower than my left, but hasn't filled out on the bottom as much. I was given massages to make sure they sit more even so I'll post an update once they start fluffing :D

First week updates 300cc high profile Sientra
Honestly the worst part for me is having to wear a bra non stop lol I have minimal pain and was able to lift my arms almost immediately without any difficulty. Pain was managed pretty well with just Tylenol but I did end up driving across the country 2 days post op so my photo background changes a bit and some days are missing. They look great to me though! Can't wait for them to soften and drop! Dr. Schaffer did a phenomenal job for me to be healing so easily.

They feel much softer and no longer like a foreign object that I notice constantly. Getting better ever day! No pain or discomfort unless I lay on my side for too long.
Is the price at the top the full price for your surgery? I have a consultation tomorrow with dr Schaffer!

Do you have any updated pictures? I had my consult with Schaffer last week and considering my measurements may have to go with the high profile for the size I am wanting. I was against high profile at first and I'm still on the fence about it. I'm 5'1 110lbs and a/aa right now so I'm terrified of looking too "fake".
I do! I'll post them here shortly. I was concerned about that too, but it is more the width than the projection. With me being really narrow, this was the best option so it fit nicely on me. I don't feel like mine look fake at all (or as little as possible) so I'm quite pleased! He did give me the option of doing moderate profile but for what I wanted it was better for me to have high.

300cc high profile Sientra implants! Day 1 after surgery day
My surgery went extremely well in my opinion. Dr. Schaffer did an amazing job. I have minimal pain or discomfort and I have had no trouble lifting my arms above my head. Still taking it super easy so I don't mess anything up, but overall I am thrilled with my results.
Wanted to see if you are happy with the final result? My stats are pretty much exactly the same, also with a very narrow frame and I am deciding on profile and size for hopefully a Nov. surgery date. Thanks in advance
