32A/B to Full B/Small C. Transaxillary incision
WORTH IT$6,200
Booked my surgery! I am traveling from Austin to Fort Worth, TX to have my surgery done by Dr. Strock. I am currently a 32/A or B, but neither size really fits me different and I don't fill them. Plus the bands are always too big, so bra sizes confuse me. Nonetheless, I'd say I'm hoping for a full B or small C. I've never wanted big or even "average" sized boobs. I prefer the small perky look, not a lot of boob crease, and ultimately want to fit into the same swim suits and clothes, just have more to look at without wearing a bra. At my first consultation with a local surgeon, I was very put off by the sizers. Even the smallest they had (250cc) felt huge and I wasn't feeling very confident with the Dr. saying that's the smallest implant and that it'll look different when it's in my body. Although that's true, I wasn't feeling secure in that appointment so I made the choice to see Dr. Strock. He actually said 275-310 would be the best fit for my body and goals. He had different types of sizers and explained everything so well, even held the implant up to my chest and explained why 250cc wouldn't be much help in improving the overall shape of my breasts, and since I'm doing a lower profile, 275-310cc mainly is more of a width change than a bigger out-there change. I chose the Motiva Mini which is highly cohesive gel, textured implant. Booked for Feb 14th, Valentine's Day!

Here are some of the photos that really helped me solidify what I wanted and also what the 3D images looked like at my consultation. I like the wider boob look and not super rounded at the top. That way I can dress it up with a push up bra if I want but not look super big and round at the top. As you can see I also have a gap between my boobs so something wider to bring them closer together would be ideal.

All done!
Surgery was pretty fast, as soon as I got there I filled out some paperwork and then my lovely nurse got me prepped. Talked to the dr again about size and let him know I'd rather be smaller than larger but also concerned about the cleavage gap. He ended up going with 310. (I think my range was 275-310). I felt a little drunk when they put the medicine in the IV, and rolled me into the operating room. I remember there being a lot of people and then I was out. Woke up to a nurse and felt very comfortable. I thought I had some pain on the sides but I realized it was the feeling of the ice packs. Went back to the hotel and ate and had my coffee! Feeling fine and icing. I was on my period and couldn't have anything in my body, so I bled everywhere (sorry tmi), but the nurses were sweet and didn't care. Thought I'd mention that for anyone in the same boat. I got my period a week early I think due to stress. I'd say pain is a 3/10. I'll post a before pic that I took today.
