I went back to work two weeks post op. I started lifting in the gym again this week. Nothing more than 20lbs though.
A key to my recovery has been stretching! My chest is still a little tight. I can’t completely stretch my back yet or turn to pop my back.
I love my results and am so happy with them! My only complaint is that I was hoping my implants would heal closer together but I just don’t think it’s in my anatomy to have cleavage but it’s okay because look at that before and after!! I HAVE BOOBS NOW.

1 week post op
I’m officially 1 week post op from my breast augmentation. I’ve been sleeping in a recliner all week so last night I slept in my bed with my pillows propped up. I’m still bruised around my side boob and sternum and pretty swollen still. My left side is dropping slower than my right but for one week out, I’m pretty happy with how they’re healing! I’ve been wearing my compression bra only at night. I also started driving today! I can’t do any fast movements so only short distances for now. I’m taking one more week off of work just for safe measure. So far the worst has been my back pain! I honestly think most of it is from sleeping in that damn recliner for so long, but I’m sure my body is adjusting to the newly distributed weight as well also the nipple sensitivity is hysterical. I’ll get these random “zings” but I’m told that’s just my nerve endings healing. I looooove them and I feel like they’ll just keep getting better!

I agree, I'm on day 5 po and the back pain has been the worst for me! I've also been in the recliner.
Since sleeping in a bed and now that I'm mobile to have better posture, it's a little better! But still, that was something no one warned me about but idk how common it is??
Looks great! Anymore updates?

Day 4 Post Op
I haven't had any pain since day 2, but I've been keeping up on Tylenol and Ibuprofen. It mostly feels REALLY tight and itchy! My side boob is pretty sore but I've been told to push them towards the middle.
I know they'll drop and fluff a ton, but it still freaks me out how far apart they are.. like I'm not expecting them to be touching naturally lol but I have an almost 4 finger gap rn.. so I guess time will tell.
Last thing, the boob farts are real lol I'll adjust my body a certain way and feel little air bubbles in my right side pop. It's weird, but common!
