32 year old 2 kids currently 30 B Looking to have HP Smooth Round Gummy Bear implant 375-405cc's

ORIGINAL POST

32 year old 2 kids and married currently a 32A wanting to go to a high C or small D

lleavitt68
I am 32 yes old and married mother of 2. I am currently 4ft 11 and 110 lbs. I am getting this procedure done because I am not happy with my appearance when it comes to my chest size is all. I am currently a 32A and hoping to be a high C or small D. My husband is my biggest supporter! He doesn't care whether I get an augmentation or not he loves me for me. So there for I am doing this for myself and I am very happy about my decision. I have always been the runt in the family. I have 3 sisters and all of them got their boobies at a young age. I developed barely enough to call them boobs ha ha I was always so jealous. I have done my research and I am going for the high profile or mod profile Sientra gummy bear high strength silicone gel 350-400 cc. I want my insicion to be either Transaxillary or inframammary. I'm worried that if I get my incision under the arm it will be more of a recovery for me personally due to my profession because I am lifting the elderly. The plus to the Transaxillary inscc'sn is it is hidden and I hear they don't have to cut into the muscle which leads to faster and less painful recovery they say. The inframammary incision cuts into the muscle but may help me get back to work faster due to the incision not being near the arm. These are things I will talk to my doctor about and we will decide them together. My other concern is whether or not the amount of cc's I plan for may make me look top heavy and that's not what I want I am very petite and I am proportioned well. That's also something I will be discussing with my doctor . My consultation is set for April 5th 2017 and I'm hoping to have my surgery at the end of April. I will be taking off 3 or 4 weeks considering what I do for a living. Some of the people I lift daily are dead weight and I don't want things to go bad for me with as much time and money I will be putting into this procedure. If anyone has any suggestions about the cc's or incision area please let me know????

Hi lleavitt68,

Thanks for your posting! I just had surgery 2.5 weeks ago, so I am a newbie, but I can offer my advice based on my experience, if it's helpful.

I am 5'1" and have a petite athletic build. I got textured silicone 330cc, although I was recommended 295 and I wanted larger like 350. It is still early for me, but the boobs feel HUGE still (some swelling has subsided and I am hoping for more to go down). I think I am a big C, maybe bigger. Here are two things related to your post: 1. larger boobs will make you look heavier when you're short (depending on what you're wearing); also, I am concerned I went too big with 330! I do feel kinda fat with them, but maybe I am just not used to them yet; And 2. inframammary incision does take a long while to heal - at least a month for heavy things, so this will impede your work duties. I personally think the inframammary is the smartest because you will eventually need to replace or remove the implant and below is the best/safest incision place. Also, if you ever lift your arms, it is likely the incision will be visible and never totally disappear (with the armpit incision). That is how I made my decision anyway. I work out lot and I often lift my arms in a tank top...especially in yoga, so it seems likely the scar would be visible.

I would talk to your surgeon and show wish pictures. I would guess that 350 is large enough.

Wish you all the best!

Thank you applebottom9. I appreciate your comment. Its good to know how you feel about your implants with going with 330. I just dont want to worry later when i look at them i dont wanna say i couldve gone bigger. I will be happy reguardless because they will definitely be bigger then what i have now. Very nervous but mostly excited yay me!!!

That's great you're able to take 3 - 4 weeks off from work. If you are hoping you to get your surgery in April, you might want to join the April 2017 breast augmentation surgery forum for some pre op support. (If the link does not work, just type the forum title into the RealSelf search bar.) Will any of your sisters be able to hep you post op?

Thank you BethH for letting me knw about the April 2017 breast augmentation surgery forum for support! All my sisters and my mother are within 5 miles of my home, so the help wont be a problem with post op. I have my younger sister just right down the road :)

I am your same height, 95lbs., 3 kids, was a 32A, I would recommend 450cc, for a small D, I had under the breast incision, under the muscle, recovery wasnt bad at all, and once you get the surgery for 3 months your breasts are still swollen, so you get used to the size and then the swelling goes away... hey where did they go, lol, I ended up with a small D, and have been extremely happy! Everyone told me to go a bit larger than I originally wanted, very happy I did.

Okay sooooo excited!!!! Earlier this month…

lleavitt68
Okay sooooo excited!!!! Earlier this month when I made a consultation appointment, the soonest they could get me in was April 5th 2017. This was a little disappointing because I was so excited already at that point just to go chat with Dr. Freeman and meet some this staff that had been so soft spoken over the phone and especially nice. When we had finalized the appointment for the consultation she could sense I didn't like how far out my appointment was so she did ask me if I wanted to be put on her waiting list to be called after a cancelation was made and I had agreed. So I was at work and received a call from the receptionist from Freeman surgery and she was offering an earlier appointment???? she stated will you be able to make it in tomorrow ha ha which is 2 months early and I said yes! Of course! Got my shift covered by my boss ( She is awesome) and I'm super super stoked for the rest of the shift. Today is a good day! So I called my husband with the good news. So tomorrow at 10 am all my questions will be answered and he will have an idea of what I would like! I am taking pictures with me and my younger sister want to sit in on it. So I will update again tomorrow with all my excitement! I am hoping to get my surgery on April 3rd but we will see

Consultation Day!!!!!

lleavitt68
So i went to my consultation yesterday. Dr Freeman and his staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. When i got to sit down with him we talked a bit about what i wanted and a what kind of profile i liked. We went into another room connected to his office where he had me undress my top half and put a robe on when i came out of dressing room he showed me his camera. This camera takes like 24 pictures in one flash. I was amazed by that. Then i got to see what i looked like as he transformed my breasts to a hp 375 and hp 405. I really liked the 405 but i am so petite don't want to look too top heavy and take away from everything else on my body such as my hips and behind. Does anyone know if it will do that? I still want my nice bottom to look phat ha ah ha! Then he measured around my rib cage and laughed and he stated your actually a 30B not a 32A . I would've never guessed my rib cage was that small. He said i don't need a lift what so ever. He also said my breasts are perfect. My right breast hangs just half a cm lower then my left which is just fine no one will notice that but myself. Just in case all you are wondering why i am not posting pictures of my current breasts...its because its just not for me and definitely not for my husband. I am only posting my journey to help others with what to expect because i was so curious before i made my decision. I hope this helps others. I understand that before and afters are encouraged. I may or may not post an after picture but it would be a lot of editing due to all my tattoos. We will see how myself and my husband feels about it when that day comes. So all in all I will be getting the gummy bear implants smooth high profile under breast incision with either 375 or 405. I will be scheduling my pre op here real soon and also my surgery at the same time. That is when i will try on those sizes. They advised me to go to Walmart and buy a cheap stretchy bra with an underwire no padding with full coverage. I found one on sale for $6 that is a 38 D ( that's all they had) I hope that's not too big for the sizes that i will be trying on. I will be paying paying in full when i schedule my pre op and surgery. My husband will be going with me to help pick a size at that time. I have already gotten some needed supplies that have been recommended to me by others. I got a V shaped pillow because I am a side sleeper. I also got some Bromelain to help my digestive system digest protein. I also got some Hibiclens this is a germ killing wash that i will use the night before surgery and also the morning of. I also got some Arnicare tablets and cream for muscle pain and stiffness, swelling and bruising. I got 2 big bags of peas in my freezer also to apply atleast 3 times a day for 20-30 mins at a time. Yay go me!!! I am fully prepared for this all but my prescriptions he will be prescribing me before surgery and i will have them filled to take with me to surgery. He said they are not expensive i can even get the generic brand at Walmart for less then 10$ a piece plus i have an RX discount plan through my insurance. He said he will be prescribing a stool softener, a pain pill, a muscle relaxer and a sleeping pill and i think he said 1 more but i cant remember what it is. Yay! I am fully prepared and almost to the finish line. Everything is so real now! :0)
