Well there are things I miss about real boobs as they are not as soft but I am still very happy with my choice. No changes have happened in the last year but I have never really regained the same nipple sensitivity.

Still love them. They are softer now and feel like my own body. I have had questions about nipple sensation. My nipples did crazy things for a long time. Changing how much sensation they had each day and individually. Which was weird. But now they are just as if not more sensitive than before. But this could also be because I feel comfortable in my own body now.

It has been a year. I have natural appropriate sized breasts that I love. No one has really noticed that I have "new" boobs. I can now wear clothes confidently and feel feminine. I am very glad that I went through with it, as I didn't feel like myself after losing breast tissue.
