1 week!
It had been a week and I feel so ooooh much better. I have no pain at all. Just a lot of tightness and I still can't use my arms above my head fully. My upper back is the most uncomfortable. Probably from new weight, and bad sleeping position. it's getting better everyday. I have been sleeping upright with a wedge pillow. Taking my arnica pellets three times daily. Applying arnica gel 3x/day. Icing mostly at night. No lifting anything.
My left side is softening a little and seems lower already. Right side is still very high and swollen. Had my post op appt. Going well.
Tried on my old bathing suits and only 1 fits! Shopping time. I am posting my progress pics. And post to compare the before boobs and after in bra, bathing suit and shirt.

Post op day 2 Whoa. You guys wereally not…
Post op day 2
Whoa. You guys wereally not kidding. Morning boob was no joke. I tried to wake every 4 hrs for pain meds and to move but this am was totally painful. So incredibly tight and swollen. And even though I am following my instructions to a T. Today as a whole has been pretty uncomfortable. I have pain in my armpits and my arms feel achy. Just praying tomorrow gets better. Here are my pics from today

Forgot to post the pic post op day 1. Slight bruised in between breasts and incision is under steri straps. I will try and keep this updated every few days with progress. Only took bra off to take pic.
