31 YO mother of 3, ready pump up these tired boobs.

I had my first post op appointment yesterday afternoon. Things are healing well. Got my elasticon tape and steri strips taken off because I was having a reaction. I started getting itchy bumps that I thought was heat rash but I was wrong. Ordered to start massages 3x’s daily and start vitamin e. Before yesterday I honestly hadn’t directly messed with my boobs because I’ve been overly careful so I’m slowly getting used to massaging and moving my arms up above my head. Pain has been nearly non existent for the past 2 days. No more pain meds at all. Discomfort at times if I move in a weird way but nothing like days 1-3. Oh, and I pooped! TMI BUTTTT were all dealing with the same s***. Literally. Haha! First go was smooth so I thought I got off easy. That was a lie. 2nd round hit last night and I sat for 30 minutes before birthing a monster. It was terrible and I’m glad it’s over. I’m not going to upload any pics until day 7. If I start overanalyzing daily it will trigger me and I’ll start obsessing which isn’t a good look lol. Happy healing, ladies!

I’m not the best at working this app so be patient with me ladies! Surgery day was smooth. I thought I’d be a worry wart because that’s just me but I was surprisingly calm. Everyone involved was incredibly sweet which always makes everything better. The ride home was a blur and uncomfortable at times and I immediately came home and napped. I didn’t have an incredible amount of pain, per se. It was more muscle discomfort and pressure. I got very sore overnight and didn’t sleep very well. I’m a stomach sleeper so having to sleep on my back and at an incline isn’t my jam. Morning boob is so real but after that passed I’ve been fine. That first shower felt amazing and taking off the ace bandage relieved some of the pressure I was explaining earlier.
