31 Years Old, 5'9, 190lbs, 560cc High Profile Silicone

Truly one of the best decisions I've ever made! For reference, I had been researching doctors for 3+ years before I had my surgery. I ended up zero-ing in on Dr. Vitenas when looking at the highest rated doctors for breast augmentation online and really connected with his before/after photos.

I live in San Francisco and the process was still super easy - I booked an Airbnb, one of the recommended caregivers (Sheryl Kirkland - she's the best), and Dr. Vitenas' staff really took care of the rest. My advice to anyone getting this surgery is definitely to over-prepare: take plenty of time off (I lined up my surgery with Christmas so I could get 13 days off) and set up your home/Airbnb to have plenty of low-sodium food (fruit/broth/low-sodium crackers were my best friends) and tons of water. My post-surgery process was WAY easier than I thought it would be and I think a lot of this is because I had prepared so much ahead of time.

The only thing I would've done differently is to totally trust the advice of Dr. Vitenas re: sizing from the start - I started off halfway between a 36A/B and 6 weeks after surgery, I just got fitted for a 36DDDD. Because I started off pretty close to totally flat, seeing the recommended implants (560cc) definitely looked big to me at first. However, after seeing full-body photos taken with the implants in the office-provided bra (which has NO padding), I it showed me how they would really look. For reference, I'm fairly tall, and I have broad shoulders, so my body required a LOT of implant to achieve the look I wanted.

I also thought it would take at least several months for my boobs to drop, but they looked GREAT from the beginning and truly look amazing (natural, but better) 6 weeks post-surgery. I told Dr. Vitenas I wanted to be as proportional as possible and basically go as big as I could without it impacting my life negatively OR looking heavier - he totally understood my goals and REALLY delivered. The surgery has really done wonders in terms of making me super proportional and sooo much happier with my overall body shape.

The day after my surgery, the office gave me a GREAT scary recovery gel that I've been using every day since - my boobs have dropped enough at this point so that my scars are totally covered, and even before this point, they were never red, etc.

For anyone who's thinking about flying in for surgery, I would absolutely recommend it - the only slight modification I had to make was to make sure to only bring a rolling carry-on bag and have a member of the airlines lift it in/out of the overhead compartment.

Even after just 6 weeks, I forget I have implants all the time - I feel like these are the boobs I should've always had! I've already recommended Dr. Vitenas to all my friends - if you're considering going to him and have any questions, feel free to message me!
