showing pics in other lighting for you to see how otm/subglandular looks on someone who didnt have much tissue before.
as you can see they look very round cus there isnt a « transition » as there is with UTM. i wish it looked less round but UTM always freaked me out lol so it is what is. i think theyre cute

updating here.
yes i still wish they were smaller/lower profile. just to fit my aesthetic goals.
but i dont wanna put myself through surgery again anytime soon.
they healed pretty well i think!
im for sure not fooling anyone tho, given i did OTM and i had very little tissue in the beginning, they dont look the most natural. even if they do, theyre not very natural to the touch. maybe that varies per person tho, my boobs are squishable but not soft like a real boob! however i dont rly mind that! i remember touching the implants and feeling how soft they were but i guess once theyre inside you it’s a different story.
no complaints from my boyfriend
bra size: ive been measured as a 32d-dd. since my goal is to look small, i dont wear anything padding but i put on a padded bra to show what that can look like

Just had my 3 month post op
Overall i feel much better about my boobs now though every now and then i do regret not going smaller. i just think i went into surgery being confident in my body and just wanted to have a “little something” to hold and think i got more than what i envisioned. i can objectively see they are nice tho! and its been fun trying on different bras!
size: im currently using 34b bras which feel slightly snug however i think i just like thinking im a 34b lol.i probably fit in 34c as well but staying with 34b for now :) most of the time im just wearing a small bralette
