Tips for Women Want to Get Breast Implant with Dr Barrett

On my consultation, doctor Barrett asked what size I wanted a C or D cup and I said "I want C". He also said that my right side is smaller than my left and he's going to do bigger size for my right on the surgery day. I was so happy and excited knowing I would choose him for my breast augmentation. I went to 2 surgeons before dr. Barrett but none of them mention about my right is smaller than left, so I decided to go with dr. Barrett.
On the surgery day, he asked me again what size I wanted because I emailed them that I wanted C plus. I said "I want C or C plus". I woke up from the surgery and one of the nurses helped me to my car. Dr. Barrett came out and said that he did 300cc for both sides. I was so confused because I expected he would do one side bigger than the other, but I trusted him besides I was half awaken from the surgery.
On my 6 months checked up, while one of the girls was helping for my sutures, I told her that my breasts are not equal; the right side is smaller. She said "breasts are not the same" and I felt so disappointed because they didn't say that before the surgery. I understand that breasts are not the same that's why I get it done so they could be perfect.
After a year of my breast augmentation, I'm still not happy with the result. Yesterday I tried on a croptop I bought from Zara, and my mom said that my boobs are small and I should get them bigger. She is not the only person says that. I paid almost 11k for my boobs to go from an A to B cup, and not talking about my right is up higher and looks so much smaller.
Tips for women want to get breast implant with Dr. Barrett:
1. You need to tell him what size you want. For example let's say you want 350cc or 400cc. In my case, I said "I want C or C plus" after a year it dropped down what I got is a B. I should have listened to my friend and told him that I wanted 350cc instead of letting him did whatever he wanted.
2. You tell him that you're picky and you want your breasts are the same size and the high the same level. (Even though it's not easy to get perfect but at least if you tell him you're picky, he would be careful and put some extra time on your boobs.)
3. Don't expect your breast implant to be perfect that way you don't get disappointed. I was so excited after my consultation and expected that they will be perfect.
I hope my honest review and tips would help some women out there. Good luck:)

290 cc gave me a full C cup. 350 cc gave me a small D and 525 cc gave me a full D cup. So based on what you said you wanted, 300 cc is usually a full C cup. Implants don't go down in size after awhile but the breast tissue and fat around the breast can make them smaller or bigger with weight fluctuations. Most doctors go by cc not cup size when deciding implant size. What may be a C cup on one person may be a B cup on another.
Right most doctors go by Cc not cup, I know that. What I was trying to say is how could the patient know what cc is right. Of course that's why the doctor is there to measure patient's breast and body to figure out the number would be best for the patient and that's why we have to do the consultation. What is the point to ask me what size I want "c cup or D cup". He is the doctor and should do many breast
augmentation before meaning he can easily figure out cc. I went to Victoria's secret to measure the size for my bra and after measuring the girl said "you're 32B". I believe every doctor has their own techniques and I'm sure Dr. Barrett is good too. I just want to tell my experience, and hope other women out there get the size they want by trying to avoid my situation. Because I know some other doctors let patients bring home 2 bras that inserts of the exact CC they might get before the surgery, unfortunately not with Dr. Barrett.
Or, maybe skip Dr Barrett? I hate to say it, but he is extremely active on Real Self in terms of responding so people's questions, etc. And almost exclusively, his answers are beyond stupid and generic. As if his only goal is to get his name on the site continuously without an real interest in the what the person was asking/posting about. For the LONGEST time he would post the EXACT same response to any question. Something like "I understand your concern, but this requires an in person evaluation" blah blah blah. Honestly, why bother answering if not to just get your name out there?? So many wonderful docs on this site take the time to truly evaluate someone's pictures and concerns. He is just not one of them. I would seek a revision elsewhere.
