Only a week has passed since the operation, but I already feel awesome. The plan was to achieve a naturally large bust, so I decided on size 300cc. The doctor asked me before the operation if I would like a size 325cc, but I was afraid it would be too big. I shouldn't have been afraid, now I know that I could easily have kept the bigger size. So if you hesitate, choose the bigger size. Anyway, I’m the happiest girl on Earth with my new boobs, and infinitely grateful to Dr.Pachman from Medicom clinic. The worst were the first 3 days I survived thanks to the painkillers. From the 4th day I was able to perform all the basic activities: go for a walk, put on a T-shirt, wash the dishes… I have my first check-up tomorrow.

Two weeks have passed. My boobs look more “friendly” and natural. Interestingly, my left breast heals faster than my right. My right nipple isn't working yet, but my left is. Does anyone have experience with this? Will the right nipple start to behave normally?

Don't worry, I was also very scared when I saw my breasts after 5 days. They were terrible :D But thanks to the many girls here on realself, I knew it was okay :)) It's unbelievable how much they've changed in the second week. It's getting better and better every day. Have a speedy recovery! Can’t wait to see your 2-3 weeks update. Believe me, it will be amazing.

My PS said my boobs are sisters, not twins and will heal at different rates for various reasons. Eventually everything will be as it should with your boobs. Please keep us posted!!!

3 weeks have passed. Every day, my breasts are softer and more natural. I still have a slight swelling in my right boob, hope it will be okay. Next week I have a checkup after 1 month.
Does anyone experience swelling after 3 weeks? My right nipple still doesn't work :/ :D

Congrats! I definitely had swelling for a month+. Still have some very minor swelling on my sternum area. Every body reacts differently that’s for sure! I’ve always reached out to my PS with any doubts, and so far the girls continue to look better than ever

I think this size will be completely natural for me. In March, I will post an update - 1 month post op. I wonder if my breasts will be closer to each other.
