3 days post op

Couldn’t be happier and can’t wait for them to drop and fluff out! I had my surgery on Wednesday. They gave me a shot of toradol while I was still under and the PS informed me they put lots of numbing cream on the implants to help provide 16 hours of relief (aspercreme with lidocaine). Actually went home and sat on the couch, did plenty of should shrugs and watched movies all afternoon while my husband napped! Lol then about 8pm I started to feel the pain really bad. Took half a dose of Vicodin around 9pm and then the other half at 10pm. The wraps were so tight and killing me. I could barely sleep that first night. Yesterday morning I got the wrap off and it felt so good! Then they put this band over my breasts to help keep them from riding up to my neck and that’s been tight and bothersome. Took my last Vicodin pill yesterday and Aleve but I was a total grouch. Everything hurt. My abs are also super sore. Feeling better today but still on Aleve and Tylenol. Wearing the band 24 hours a day until Sunday when I will only need it at night and hoping things progressively get better! Stretching this morning helped. Will update again soon!

30 Yo 4’10” 110lb Dbreastfed 4 Getting 400cc Gummy Bear Implants

Hello! After nursing my first 2 and seeing how deflated I got (sitting at a sad 34B that doesn’t fill my bra cup), I decided I would get implants after I was done having kids. Popped my last two and now that my youngest is almost 3 and I’ve been looking at Dr. David Smith’s webpage for ages, I decided to finally do it! I had my consult in December and he told me I had lots of extra skin to fill so he recommended 350cc as a middle of the road size. This would give my current nipples some lift but going smaller and more modest with the 300cc wouldn’t and going to 400cc would fill out the skin even more with some nipple lift. I was iffy because Ive never wanted anything super noticeable but after trying on the sizers, I decided on the 400cc. Go big or go home, right? Lol but in all seriousness I read they sizers are bigger than when the implant is in since it’s under skin and/or muscle and I’ve run across many wishing they had gone bigger so I’m excited to see how they’ll look! I’m going under the muscle and was informed the gummy bear implants get wider with more cc so I’m not sure about profile and would love any insight. Got all my meds filled and trying to patiently wait out the next week but also super nervous about pain. I only got 2 percocets to get me through the first night and then he said pain was manageable after with Tylenol and ibuprofen. Hoping this holds true as I’ve had engorged breasts before as well as lived through mastitis twice and dry, cracked bleeding nipples tops it all! All 4 were natural births too so let’s pray my pain tolerance gets me through. Thank you all for your stories, photos and support!
