Before & After
WORTH IT
Just thought I'd share my before and after photos. The top one is before and the one below is just after the op. My breasts look quite round after the breast augmentation but now after the swelling has gone they've got lovely, natural shape and size is just perfect for my frame. Very happy with the outcome.

Outstanding Results of Breast Augmenation
I am now over three months after breast augmentation surgery with Professor Ajay Mahajan. From the initial consultation where Professor explained different types of implants, techniques and of course potential risks. To the trying on different sizes of implants which helped me make the decision regarding the right size and shape of them. The whole process went very smoothly and the end result is just fantastic. The procedure took place at Yorkshire Clinic where my admission time was 7am. The staff at the clinic made me very welcome and relaxed from the minute I entered the hospital to the minute I left. Early morning admission meant I didn't have to wait long for my surgery. Once I was shown to my room, not long after I had all of the necessary pre-op checks done, after that a very friendly anaesthetist explained what will happen before the op and then I saw professor Mahajan where he double checked that I was still happy to go ahead after my affirmative answer he draw on me and within 10 minutes from that I was walking to the theatre with a lovely nurse. I must admit that at that point I was a little bit nervous but the whole team kept me calm which really meant a lot. Being put under general anaesthetic felt quite strange, as the anaesthetist was finishing saying that I might feel a 'metallic' taste in my mouth, all I felt was the aforementioned taste and a cold sensation in my hand as the anaesthetic was being inserted. From then it is all blank... I remember waking up in the recovery room feeling a little bit sleepy and stiff but not really in pain. After I came round I was taken to my room where I was given water but couldn't really drink as I felt quite sleepy. Early afternoon I managed to have a drink, have some toast and start moving. I didn't feel nauseous and pain was probably 3/10. Later on that afternoon Professor came to see me and assured me that everything went well and that's when I saw my new boobs for the first time, even with the swelling I was so happy with the results. The nurses and staff were very caring and made sure that that I wasn't in any pain or discomfort, nothing was a problem. I stayed overnight at the clinic as I knew I will be in the best hands. Once I was up, early afternoon I was advised to carefully walk around the room, which at first felt strange and I needed a nurse to help me get up from bed. However, once I was up on my feet I was absolutely fine. During the night I couldn't sleep, not sure if it was side effect of the anaesthetics or the fact that I had to have my blood pressure checked regularly and painkillers given every so often. Next morning, I enjoyed a lovely breakfast, had the cannula removed from my hand which was a great relief as it felt strange to have something 'stuck' in your hand. I was also given some more painkillers and got myself ready to see Professor. He came in mid morning, checked that everything was ok with the new breasts, answered some more of my questions. I had so many but Professor was really good and informative and what's most important, gave me so much professional advice that I needed. I was then seen by another nurse who explained to me aftercare, any potential risks/complications to look out for and gave me a 'patient pack' with relevant contact details. I cannot thank Professor Mahajan and the whole team at Yorkshire Clinic for looking after me with care and respect. An absolute A Team- Thank you!
