My big dream since I was 14 years old was to have some natural boobs, I got bullied at school and I never felt confident with myself wearing bikinis and in my intimacy. I thought of waiting after having kids, but I don’t know when that’s gonna happen. So why not now? For many years I did a lot of research and saving money for this surgery, but I always had to use my savings for something else. I felt that I postponed my dream for too long and now I had the chance to do it with the support of my husband.
I was between A and a small B cup. I never filled my bra if it wasn’t padded.
I decided to write my review because many of you helped me with this decision, and I’d love to help someone else as well. Thank you all of you for telling your own experiences and I hope you are all doing great!
I did an extensive research for surgeons in Tucson and in cities nearby and I decided for Dr Christopher Maloney, because his background is very extensive and he is one of the best in Tucson. Since the first time I walked into his office, he began asking me things about myself before starting with the consultation, which was really nice because it didn’t feel like just purchasing implants. He answered all my concerns, even my silly questions, and also answered my husbands questions. He really listened to what I wanted, my dream boobs, without needing to have a wish picture with me. We looked at and felt a few implants, even tried on some hypothetical boobs, and I new right away what I wanted. He didn’t push me to choose anything and explained the possible results of each implant. I had my pre-op on April 2nd, and he answered again all my concerns and my husbands as well. He is a great person and surgeon, as well as all his staff. Always very kind and welcoming.

What is your BWD? I’m your height and considering the same implants. Debating between 385 and 415.

I’m sorry for my late answer. I didn’t get a notification of your comment. I don’t remember exactly my measurements, I know my ribcage is small. He said that I could go 450cc, but that was too much for me (I didn’t like how I looked in the mirror with the sizers in my sport bra). I was also debating between 385 and 415. But I decided 415cc and actually it doesn’t make a huge difference. I’m happy that I went 415cc because it fits my body, and I preferred to go bigger than one size smaller. (So I don’t regret in the future, I’ve heard it’s quite common to have boob greed. Not my case so far)

What cup size are you after surgery? I had 450CC on both right and left. I won’t know my actual bra size until they drop. I had surgery on 09/20.

Hi! I have 415cc almost 6 months now and my size is 36D sometimes 36DD, depending on the bra. They seem to be pretty settled. They dropped and haven’t seen much change since my last post other than getting softer. But I’ll get measured again soon. I’ll let you know :).

How long does it take to see the first sign of them dropping? I’m still kinda swollen up top. Although I did notice a slight change and they didn’t look all distorted like when I first had the surgery. I had my surgery on 09/24 so I still have a while to go. The doctor said on Tuesday that they are looking good and healing very nicely. They have started me on the up and down motion to get the implant moving a little. Did you do this? Thank you for your help so far.

Mine started to drop around the 6th week. But they were still very swollen until the 3rd month. I didn’t massage or move my implants the first weeks. My PS told me that it wasn’t necessary and (even it’s not proved) wrong massages can cause hematomas and possible CC. He recommended to wait some time to let my body heal well. So I started massaging mine around the 7th week. I also massaged them occasionally maybe once or twice a week. And I’m 6 months now, with no problems so far and they are pretty soft. I’m happy to help :)

The big day

NewBoobiess
Yesterday April 10th, was the day of my surgery. My first surgery ever and my first time going under full anesthesia. I was very nervous and anxious, but all the staff were very kind with me and made feel better and in good hands. I actually don’t remember when I fell asleep, I just remember waking up in the recovery room and my first thought was that “when is the surgery gonna start?” Then the nurse came to talk to me and asked me how I was feeling and that the surgery went well and it’s all done. As soon as I realized that, I started to feel a heavy weight on my chest, which was really tight and I couldn’t breathe deep. I was so thankful of waking up from the anesthesia, that was my biggest concern.
My surgery was around 2:30-3:00pm and I’m very happy with the results. Even for being just after the surgery, my new breast looks beautiful, just like I ever dreamed of.

Hello, I have my surgery very soon and I am very nervous, did he send you to do some exams before the surgery?
March 18, 2020
Hi! I didn't have to do any exam before the surgery. I only had to be sure that I wasn't pregnant and signed a few documents about the risks involved. It's been almost two years and I'm doing great!

I didn’t have much pain during the afternoon, but they felt really hard and tight. I felt a strong pressure on my chest but it got better after taking the medicine. I tried to walk a little bit and I didn’t hold anything heavy. Getting up and lying down on my bed is quite a challenge, but my husband has been helping me with everything, including cooking. I’m really happy looking at myself in the mirror.
