Feeling Great! This week especially a lot of the tightness and pressure went away. I was wearing large sports bras that actually ended up being too tight, so now I’m in xxl. Now xxl bras fit my boobs but don’t fit my rib cage so that kinda sucks, but it’s only temporary until I get to officially go bra shopping. I think I’m gonna wait until the 2 month mark but we’ll see. But anywho, yeah my boobs are softening up. Haven’t started to fully massage yet but I do a mini massage after my showers with bio oil. I’ve also noticed hypersensitive nipples, like so sensitive even rubbing against my bra hurts. Besides that they are starting to drop. Can’t tell which one is dropping faster they seem to look different everyday. My incisions are doing great. No pain there. I’ve been having back pain but I think that’s more due to my job and not working out anymore. Omg I miss the gym so much! Hopefully I’ll get cleared at 3 weeks for at least lower body workouts. Well that’s about it so far so good. I’ll post again at a month.

So it has finally been a week since my surgery! I feel like it was the longest week ever but I’m feeling a lot better physically so I won’t complain. I no longer feel the super tight pressure on my chest unless I overdo it physically. My breast are starting to drop and look less swollen. I am numb at the bottom of my breast tho which is kinda weird. But ok. I stopped taking my pain pills on day 3 and Valium day 4 so now I only take Tylenol as needed which is pretty rare since Tuesday. I’m now looking forward to the 4 week mark because that’s when there’s supposed to be the most major changes in the look and dropping of my breast. I can’t wait to get back in the gym. I’m eating like a pig and getting a pudge. I actually need the weight tho now hat I have these huge boobs, my hips and butt look smaller than they did before. I took my tape off my incisions today so in the picture you can still see the dark tape residue. But they actually look great. A lot smaller than I initially thought they’d be. Just waiting for that drop and fluff now ????

Let me start by saying day 2 played me so hard! It started off great and I was able to do everything as normal. But then by the time afternoon rolled by I lost my appetite and still had to take pills. I probably vomited like 6 times in total and my nausea didn’t go away fully until this afternoon. But day 3 has been a lot better I’ve been able to eat, clean and laugh which is more important that you’d think. I can see that they’re starting to drop more, they look so gorgeous, can’t wait to try on dresses!!! Stopped my pain meds last night. Only took 1 Valium today and that was just to help with stiff morning boob. Other than that just my antibiotics and a Tylenol if needed. Hopefully this is the beginning of no pain healing. Will most likely post pictures in bras and dresses tomorrow.
