Hi guys! So, I have had a lot of questions as to why I am doing a revision. Here are my most recent photos that explain. They have dropped past my breast pocket, which means I am bottoming out. It’s just my natural anatomy. By, replacing them with same size moderate plus profile, it will help with this since they are more narrow and flat. High profile looks too round on me and I don’t like how my nipples pop upward. My goal was to not really have to wear a bra when I go out, but now I have to. The idea is to get my nipples centered. I will be having a capsuloraphy to bring up the pocket so that this hopefully doesn’t happen again in the future! I will keep you girls updated :)))

I know you're bummed about the switch to moderate profile but I think it looks sooo good! I'm adding you to my wishlist if you don't mind!
I agree with @Twiggywoo they are so bomb.. why are you switching? I’m confused, I’ve saved your story to use as a reference for what I want, similar sizes.. but you just lost me on the last post about revision. Can you explain.

Revision
Soooo, I am getting a revision. Because, I am so thin, my skin has stretched a little more than the doctor anticipated. Just my natural anatomy unfortunately. My breasts have bottomed out, but not to where they are noticeable. The beginning stages. So, since it’s Been 6 months, I am to wait a few more so that my incisions are heeled properly. He’s doing a capsuloraphy, and we are replacing my high profiles to moderate. I’m bummed, but it’s okay. They will hopefully be where I’d like them sooner than later! They’re not terribly bottomed out, but I have hardly any upper pole. I posted some photos.

Thanks for sharing. Just curious, what kind of bras have you been wearing? I'm just wondering if wearing sports bras or any kind of bra that doesn't have an underwire or provide a lot of support can influence bottoming out.
I honestly feel like you should be wearing a supportive bra at all times even if your doctor says otherwise. Then after 6 months or so you should be good :). A sports bra isn’t necessarily “supportive” so, be weary at what kind you’re wearing. Just make sure they are super supportive even if it’s uncomfortable for a while and yes that means sleeping w it on as well. I’ve now been wearing a super supportive push up to strengthen the crease so that it’s good to go for my revision. Hope this helps!
