6 Month Update!
WORTH IT$5,400
Everything is awesome over here! Life is back to normal and I’m loving the new girls! 1000% worth it in my book. I was a hair worried that I didn’t go big enough, but honestly, they’re perfect. They fit my frame well, I love how they look in clothes and a swimsuit. I’m just glad to not be flat as a board anymore!
Super squishy and bouncy. I’m back to sleeping on my stomach full time, (have been for awhile). I still sleep in a sports bra because it was recommended by my PS for the first year at least. Absolutely love them!

Just shy of 2 months post.
Nothing new to really update. Life has been back to normal for about a month now! I’ve even woken up on my stomach a few times (natural stomach sleeper here). And the doc gave me permission to side sleep and stomach sleep at 1 week post, so don’t worry lol. It just hasn’t been comfortable to lay on my stomach. They are dropping nicely and they look great. I do wish I had went maybe 50/75cc bigger. But at that point, would you really even tell the difference? Probably not, it would be so minor. The healing process was a breeze. I was ready to be in the worst pain ever by some of the stories I saw on here. The first day was rough, but honestly that’s just what I’m told because I don’t remember lol. And I was just sore and uncomfortable for the next few days. Just started using scar cream yesterday. My incisions already look incredible, so that can only help. Dr. Sessa is an awesome surgeon!

Great results!
That’s so refreshing to hear you can sleep on your stomach and you won’t ruin them? Also are these under the pec muscle? Also what are the restrictions for how much weight you can lift? I ask because I have a young child and am so nervous if I lift him into his car seat on week 2 I’ll ruin my implant...
By the way I really love yours! I’m adding it to my wish list :)
As well thanks! Lol. I was on restriction of 10lbs until a month. Then just whatever was comfortable. And no I was told it won't ruin them. Subconsciously I'm nervous about it, so I go to sleep on my side. But I've been waking up on my stomach lol
Oh and they are sub muscular
Very beautiful and naturally looking.
Thank you!
Hey just to toss out there as I don't know when you see your PS again. You have a lot of lower pole and I noticed the same look of another pic on the surgery table. I'm not a Dr. but continue to watch the lower area to make sure your not bottoming out. They have a full/heavy look on the bottom (could be the angle). Also if it makes you feel any better 50cc wouldn't make much of a difference. The PS in the Q&A forum state it usually takes a 100cc to notice an increase. Happy continued healing dear.
Also research the difference between a "cosmetic" surgeon vs. "plastic" surgeon as I see your Dr. is listed as a Maxofacial/Oral surgeon and not "RealSelf Verified".
He's not on here which is why he isn't "RealSelf verified". But he is board certified. I did tons of digging Lol. But yes I was a little concerned with how heavy the bottoms are as well. They still look the same, and it's been about another month. I don't think it's going to end p being an actual issue. But I do agree it's something to mention. I see him Monday and plan to!
Did your f/u go ok? I hope all is well with you and you're loving your results!!
Yes it went great! No bottoming out. My original breast tissue was all lower pole. So it's still there with the addition. Loving my results!
Awesome!!! I'm really glad to hear it's good news. Yay! Have you went bathing suit shopping yet? Bra shopping? I got in a phase and went overboard, lol

3 weeks post
So I’m 3 weeks post op! I’m back to normal life. My incisions are basically all healed up externally. Still feels awkward to lean down. Other than that tho, things are normal. Still loving my results. They are the perfect shape, soft and squishy.
Boob greed is a real thing however. I do wish I had went a little bit bigger. In my sports bra I’m super confident and so excited when I catch my reflection. But in clothes, (like a regular tshirt), I do wish they were a tinnnnnny bit bigger. But I’m not complaining. Literally the BEST money I’ve ever spent.

When did the softness come about ?!? I am 14 days post op but mine are SO HARD still :( you look really great :)
Right around two weeks I noticed they were softening up. Now I'm 1 day short of 3 weeks and they are super squishy! I'm in love! And thank you!
Don't worry about them still being hard! My doctor said he was shocked at my 1 week with how soft they were already. Usually they don't soften up till around a month!
Wow! That does sound super fast! You must have a fast healing body!!!
Did you do any massaging ?!?! My doctor told me not to but I really want them squishy and low key want to help them get there lol !!
No massaging! My doctor told me not to. But they're already super squishy! I'm one month post tomorrow and I super pleased!
I noticed that the veins seem more prominent in your breasts, has that calmed down? I’m concerned about that for my self.
It hasn't. But it's not a concern for me. I have crazy visible veins in general. Lol. This is normal for me
I'm 3 months post, trust me, at 3 weeks that's not your final size. I loved mine best at 6 weeks but they continued to get smaller. If u hve boob greed now I think u will be disappointed at 3 months. I'm gutted I spent 5k and still don't have the boobs I wanted. I was to scared of going to big but went to small. Good luck on the rest of your journey
Oh noooooo. Don't tell me that :'(
And it's crazy cause I can tell they are Shrinking. I second guessed myself going too big as well. I walked in thinking I wanted 450. But when you try them on it seemed so big. I prayyyyy they don't get any smaller!
Aw bless ya, sorry I didn't mean to be so blunt about it, I thought my swelling had gone at 3 weeks and loved them, then they got smaller I still loved them at 6 weeks, but now feel small, wish I got bigger. I feel I will still need my slightly padded push up bra. U still need to drop and fluff, that takes a few months. I just hope mine are at their final size now
