My implants still feel boxy. I did however lose some weight. I was 145lb before my surgery and I gained 155lb durning my recovery. I finally got back down to my regular weight. So I’m happy about that. My scars are slowly fading from the adhesive tape. Also I bought a band Oct 24th so I’ve been using that for about 18hrs a day. Im doing my massages sometimes I forget but then just spend a longer time doing them throughout the day. I’m finally sleeping on my side again yay.

I’m struggling with the drop and fluff period because my girls are still really high up. Please excuse the scars on my cleavage. I got it from the adhesive the doctor used right after my surgery and when I went in for my post op surgery the nurse took them off and it cut my skin. It’s been really discouraging for me because I spent all this money on my dream boobs and it’s been temporarily ruining by these scars. I scar really bad so that mixed with the implants still sitting really high at 2 month has made me not want to update. I’m kind of bummed at the moment but I know it will get better with time. I just needed a break from this app because my journey has been such a roller coaster. Please if anyone is my complexion light brown skin and knows of any hyperpigmentation scar creams please list bellow.

Sorry you’re going through so much! I know patience is hard to have when you want to see final results after spending so much money. Once it happens, I’m sure it’ll be all worth it. Are you in any pain after 2 months?
Here is a link that helped with my eczema scars - I’m dark Asian color. Unfortunately it takes 4+ weeks.

Thanks for the recommendation I’ll try it out. My 5 day mark was when all the severe pain went away and I stopped my pain meds. And by the 2 week mark all the soreness was gone . How is your process going? Did you make an official appointment yet. And do you know what size you want?

Armpit (transaxillary) incisions are tough esp w/large implants. They take quite sometime for d&f to complete. I am following another lady on here and she's working on 6 months and she probably needs a revision. Her implants just won't drop! I wouldn't recommend that approach for large BA sx. Patience is the key. Has your PS had you try using a strap and keeping up w/aggressive massages? My friends implants were stuck up to her collarbone for months after this type of incision/insertion. Just keep good communication w/your PS at all times. Good luck and happy continued healing dear. Thank you for continuing to post updates. :)

I did! It’s happening in a couple weeks! I’m excited and nervous. I’m hoping for 375-400cc, but that could change. A part of me is trying to convince myself that I’m going to love this PS but a part of me isn’t feeling his social media stuff. Is this how he’s going to be talking at my consult? People love him for a reason so the least I could do is get a consultation first.
Anyway, head up girl! Trust the process??? Good luck, and I’ll be following your journey!

I’m so excited for youuu!!!!!! What an exciting time it must be for you right now!!! My advice is get a second consult so you have something to compare it too. The social media stuff helped in terms of seeing how he operates on patients but the only downside is I wish he had videos of actual patients giving their before and afters. Also just prepare to be off work for at least 8 days. I will be following your journey. I’m so happy for you. Good luck with everything.

I had one other consult with another doctor In Seattle. He’s a great doctor except he usually does smaller implants on his patients going for the natural look. Only problem was I was set on 500cc Implant and that’s something he didn’t recommend. Also his staff and the patient coordinator are vey very rude and I didn’t like that one bit. I’m spending a lot of money to get a BA on top of that it’s an anxious process so the least I need is a rude care team. So my final decision was Dr. Sajan and his staff. Their extremely caring and very helpful before, during and after my surgery. Only downside is the doctor is so booked out. Which is good because you know people like his work and it gives you time to mentally prepare yourself.
