I’ve been so conflicted on whether or not to post a review as I’m relatively uncomfortable sharing photos of my breasts online. However, RealSelf was such an instrumental part of how I decided to finally get the nerves to get breast augmentation and how to prepare that I really wanted to give back and help women like they helped me. There aren’t a lot of reviewed for implants less than 300cc so I wanted to document my journey for those who are petite and desire petite implants like myself. I was a 32AA-A depending on the bra. Had surgery just this morning so time will tell what size I become. I’ve attached some wish photos and pre-op photos and will update y’all with immediate post-op photos when I finally get the energy tonight to get out of bed lol

Hey girl. I live in Dallas too and I'm getting 255 on Friday. If you don't mind emailing me or telling me how your experience went with size. And if they're moderate

You’ve all read about the “boobie blues”, which I was prepared for. Feelings of boob greed or boob regret. I wasn’t even expecting to like the looks of my breasts for 3-6 months. However, on the contrary, besides the obvious bruising and swelling I’m already very happy with my initial results! What I wasn’t expecting was the endless crying. My doctor didn’t send me home with instructions for my post op bra. They sent me home with one bra but no instructions on when or how to wear it. They also didn’t explain dressing changes and if I would need to do them or not since I have dermabond on my incision sites. I called the doctor on call since my surgery was on a Friday and he could barely understand me between all my sobs haha. My fiancé also hid my iPad and Apple Watch in the apt since we had a WAG dog walker come while I was sleeping and I immediately began bawling when I couldn’t find them. Luckily I feel much more stable now but if you’re anything like me, be prepared for tears. Many many tears. Here are some pretty brutal photos from day 2-3 post op. You can see my right breast is much more swollen than my left. Hope it evens out soon!

Im very slender- 5'7" and 105 lbs, and interested in small implants. You are the closest I have found to help me figure this out! Please continue to post over the next 3 months! I have my consult on April 25th!

You can also look at my folder called “cases” where I bookmarked reviews with other women with smaller implants if that helps! Good luck!
