It’s been so long since my last update! So thankful for this community for giving me the courage to finally do this after many years of being too afraid. I definitely have zero regrets and honestly wish I had gone through with it sooner. I have my desired natural result. No real boob greed. I fit nicely in a 32C or 34B. Only thing I dislike is some minor nipple asymmetry that I had prior to surgery which my surgeon did warn me would not be corrected. I have some numbness in the left breast too. Nothing that wouldn’t keep me from going through this again! Overall very happy with the result.

On April 3, it will have been 3 months since my surgery. Overall I’m super happy with my results so far. My nipple hypersensitivity has resolved completely (thank god) and I still have normal feeling in them. My left breast however is still numb but that doesn’t bother me. If I lean over I can feel some minimal rippling in the left but it’s not really visible. Lastly my nipples appear uneven but I had some asymmetry at baseline and my surgeon warned me the asymmetry would become more noticeable once I had surgery. It’s not evident in bras at all. I think I have a very natural result and so far I’m very pleased. I’ve been wearing silicon scar strips over my scars and hope that helps them fade faster over the course of the year.

I can’t wear a bra with an underwire for a while still (actually can’t remember exactly how long, so I should probably follow up on that) but I’ve been wearing them for short periods like out for dinner/drinks (who wants to wear a sports bra on a date?!). I’ve been trying to squeeze my new boobs into my old “bigger” 32A bras. It wasn’t pretty or comfortable. Finally yesterday I ran to Target and got to try on real bras! I can officially report that the 32C fit the best. Super happy with my size result. I’m looking to get more officially sized at Victoria Secret since they actually measure but the Target 32C and 34B bras fit pretty well!
