Flat chest to 275cc silicone implants (moderate profile soft touch Allergan)

These are my before pictures of when I could barely fit into an A cup! My small chest has always been my most major insecurity, and I'm so glad I decided to get a breast augmentation!
I'm 27 years old, 5'0", and about 113lbs so starting from a very petite frame! My surgeon is one of the best in the city and a few days after we decided on size I called back because I was nervous it might be too big of a change.
He reassured me that it would look proportional to my frame and bring me up to a B or small C at the most. I'm so glad I trusted him because they are the perfect size!
As I type this, it's been 1 day since surgery so I'll add more pics tomorrow!

Alternating hydrocodone and tylenol have helped with pain management. Today marked 48 hours after surgery so it was okay to shower. I needed help putting my bra back on because everything feels extremely tight and stiff. I walk around the house a few times a day at a slow pace, just so I can get the blood flowing and not stay laying down all day.

They said it takes time for the implants to drop and fluff out. How they look right now is not what they’ll look like in a few weeks. Right now the implants are sitting very high.

They’re looking so much better! I think this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I still have to wear the recovery bra but I tried on a blouse at home and can’t believe how beautiful it looks having a chest to fill it out! I finally feel complete as a woman and I’m so thankful that everything’s been healing properly.
